The range and quality of the products is growing and great. Very much a value for money experience backed up by good warranty products and fix it attitude to getting things done. 6 out 5 from me.

I always order phones and other devices from this website, and I am always very satisfied. You can choose the colour, the condition, the battery quality, the network, etc. You can really save a lot of money.

Easy to order, and came in a timely fashion. The Samsung watch 7, I received was in mint condition in original unopened packaging. Very happy.

I ordered a phone and got all the usual "ready for dispatch" etc texts then Backmarket informed me the seller didn't actually have that model and refunded my money quicker than stated. They then gave me 15% off my next purchase as a sorry. They worked fast to sort out all of the issues. Highly recommend.

I’ve bought 3 phones from Back Market for family members and myself. A very good website makes any proposed purchase very simple. In my opinion fair prices too.

I have used back market multiple times and every single time the service has been second beautiful to none, the quality of the phones has been fantastic.
Unfortunately I can't rate the last phone I I smashed It at work within a week (should of took out the insurance)

The whole process of replacing my phone was made easier using back market. The website is easy to follow and helped me decide on a model of phone to buy. It arrived really quickly and very well packaged. I then had time to send my old phone back for a trade in once I had everything set up correctly on the new one.

Unfortunately the first computer I was sent was not set up properly and was therefore unusable. I had to send it back. The return and replacement process was very quick and easy and the second computer is excellent and I am happy with it.

Fantastic (and clear) order process. Delivery time as expected. Would definitely recommend to others.
