Poor customer service bought some stuff from them the city on the address was wrong and after several attempts for them to make the changes to my address the lady told me nothing she can do call your credit card company never again I would buy from them

Extremely rude customer service. They made a mistake with an order and refused to pay for the return shipping. I will never use them again.

Ordered items back in October. Still never received them and they have stopped replying to my emails. I had disappointed kids waiting on bags at Christmas. Company are a scam for sure and should be ashamed of themselves.Wouldn't give them any stars.

I orderd a mans leather back pack.on the 8th August still hasn't arrived.. been a month..cannot get in touch with the company at all..£40 down ..scam company..DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMANY..had to give the 1 star to write this review😡😡😡😡

There is no such company they are a scam, I ordered a backpack and it never turned up they have taken 3 lots of money out of my account fraud it is I cancelled my card and it is under investigation it as put me off buying on line do not buy from these people they will take your card details and keep taking money out of your account.

I ordered an Osprey backpack and was provided with the wrong tracking number. After attempting to contact backpacks-op.com a couple of times, I received no response. Terrible customer service and seemingly unethical sale of product (did they have any intention of sending the item?)!

Complete scam. I made two purchases on September 28th & have not heard anything from them since. I tried emailing them three times to get updates on my orders & all three emails were bounced back to me. I then looked for a phone number to call on their website & there was no phone number listed. I also Google searched their business address & it does not exist. I just tried logging onto their website again & it no longer exists. I am out approximately $250 for products I will not receive. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company as they generate a new domain. I did take a screenshot of proof of my purchases before they disappeared! Completely despicable.

The charge on you credit card will be CANADABACKPACK but the store I ordered yeti mugs off of was CANADACORNERSTORE online. Beware of both names. They are a scam company. Products never received. No customer service phone number and auto reply emails which are never answered.

The company canadabackpacks.com is a scam. If you try to get to their site now it no longer exists. That's because they have ripped everyone off and now they have re opened as canadacornerstore.com. Do not buy from this site. Totally fake & you may not get your product.

I bought two mini kanken. The appearance of the backpacks differs from the photos on the website. They have different stitching and the fastening at the bottom of the straps is missing. Backpacks are different than those I bought in an authorized store. I feel they are not original.
I am very unpleased. I feel betrayed.

Complete scam! Only giving 1 star because negative stars aren't possible. Ordered two yeti cups in May. Was told several times by "Clement" at customer support that they would be here by the end of the week. After two months, I asked for a refund and magically, she stopped responding. We received our cups on August 11th, both dented. Thankfully, they are still usable but, still beyond ridiculous. Definitely a scam company making money off of innocent people. :(

One star is too much.
I ordered a backpack (Model Kanken No 2) in dark green and I received it in light blue. No way to send it back or to be refunded. They offer 2€ refund for me to keep it in the wrong color... Really disappointed.
Two previous purchases went well so I decided to try again... never again.

They have very low quality fakes. Please don’t order from this website. Reached out twice and got no reply.

Terrible! I still haven’t received my 2 Yeti Ramblers. I knew it was too good to be true. It keeps getting returned in Beijing but they say I only get my money back when I receive the item. It is obviously counterfeit because why would it keep getting returned! So frustrated!! Just want my money back and I will pay the extra this time! 😡😡😡

I don’t even want to leave a 1 star. Complete rip off. Ordered 2 Yeti tumblers one was used and stunk really bad and the other was dented. Ordered these for a door prize for daughters Buck and Doe. Big waste of money. And don’t let the name fool you. It’s based out of the USA but items come from China. Very pissed off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Horrible. I bought two travel mugs. The brand ones and two bags and a makeup bag for gifts and they send stuff through Chinapost. They are the biggest scammers ever. I never get any replies. Worst. Bad reputation from China. I want my money back.

I bought 2 backpacks 2 months ago - they arrived in a different color from what I ordered.
Several attempts to contact the company have resulted in nothing whatsoever.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Don't buy from them.
