appalling - I ordered a backpack on 28 March (it is now 5 June). It has not arrived and several attempts to contact the company have resulted in nothing whatsoever - they were VERY quick to take the money and non existence in response. I suspect it is complete duddery and I would counsel anyone against using them for orders. It is frustrating to get no response whatsoever, receive no items and no doubt no refund. I have also notified Facebook that they shouldn't be permitted to advertise on the site and flood us with this

I received an item a week ago that is not a genuine product. It is of poor quality and not what I had paid for. I want to return this and get a full refund but it came with no receipt. I have emailed the company three times and have had no reply. On the website it tells you to speak to customer service and there is no customer service link.

This is definitely a dud website. I ordered 2x backpacks over a month ago (and have since moved house to a new address whilst waiting as it has taken so long!!!)
Needless to say the customer service takes over a week to respond and just tells you to wait for the parcel (which I will now not get!)
Also the "tracking" info still shows the parcel in transit to Hermes! From where exactly that would take it a month to get to the actual courier?! And if it is in transit then why on earth can they not update the address.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Total waste of money.
I would rather pay full price and get a good quality product that actually arrives.
Parcel came from China and material not the same as ones in UK shops
I ordered a small and medium backpack which arrived within a few weeks of ordering. The package was sent from China! Whilst I was pleased with the quality of the backpacks they are not made of the same high quality material as the ones you would buy in the UK. I guess you get what you pay for and it if something looks too good to be true then beware!

Lousy customer service
Lousy customer service. Ordered two bags, didn't receive them in time, and upon returning them, I had to pay TWO fees (almost $20) for the return shipping label--even though they were returned in the same package. I'd really avoid this retailer. There was no discussion with the customer rep about it, and obviously backpacks.com isn't interested in any kind of customer service satisfaction. Too bad there aren't negative stars.

I ended up ordering a travel backpack, and a backpack that I can wear to work that holds my laptop. I received both fairly quick and in great conditions. Both backpacks were more comfortably than expected, I would recommend others shop at backpacks.com as well.
