Horrible customer service

Unfortunately, my experience with Badinka’s customer service was extremely disappointing.
I ordered an outfit about two weeks before a festival, knowing the timeline was tight. Six days after placing the order, I realized the clothes would likely be made before shipping and might be delayed. I contacted customer service eight days before the festival, explained the urgency, and offered to pay for express shipping if it ensured timely delivery. They responded quickly with a payment link for express shipping, assuring me production took six days from order placement (which had already passed).
I paid the extra fee immediately — but then nothing happened for another 1.5 weeks. The outfit arrived too late for the festival. When I contacted them about the issue, they gave no proper explanation, ignored the fact that I had paid extra for faster delivery, and offered no meaningful resolution.
For a small business with premium pricing, I expected far better communication and reliability. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend ordering from Badinka if you need dependable service.

This company should be ashamed

This company should be ashamed ! They are making people paying so much money for costumes made with polyester! This material is made from plastic ( that’s cheap ) and is poisoning people because is full of chemicals and mess up our hormones. Do some research and you will realise ! Most of the clothes are made from polyester sadly but at least the price makes sense. This price is a price for clothes made with quality and good product like organic cotton or bamboo. Badinka is so greedy !

Worst customer service honestly

Worst customer service honestly, so rude. They aren’t like normal companies they want to hold onto your money even for returns or items you try to cancel before shipping. Don’t buy from them, you have been warned.

DO NOT BUY OH MY GOD DO NOT BUY. DONT even think about it. I’m out hundreds of dollars because I was stupid enough to order two different orders with different sizes in case I had to return items that didn’t fit. $500. They just simply won’t return my emails. I’m out so much money I’m so angry at myself cuz I can’t send this low quality ill fitting crap back for my money back!!! Don’t shop there!! Customer service is non existent it’s a scam!!!

Absolutely terrible experience, was never shipped

Absolutely terrible experience, cannot recommend at all. Still haven't received the clothing I paid good money for, and now I won't have it in time for the event I specifically bought them for. Even after being in constant contact with their customer support and repeated promises it would ship anyday now and arrive on time. Trusting this, I did not order any alternative outfits, so now I'm left with no outfits and no time to get anything else.

Placed my order on July 8th and paid for express shipping. When it didn't ship after 6 business days (they claim to ship after 4-6 btw), I sent them an email explaining that I need the items by the 24th, and asked why shipping was delayed.
They promised they would expedite it and that it would ship any day. I checked in repeatedly since, being told the same thing over on over. On Monday (21st), I was promised it would ship on the same day and therefore still arrive on time. After not receiving a shipping notification, I sent them another email, and today (Wednesday, 23rd!), they replied stating it has not shipped yet and asking when I need it by. All this after I've made my timeline transparent from my first email and was promised multiple times they would be able to make it.

Good customer care

ORIGINAL: I would love giving them a good rating, but I'm not receiving any help from their support.
I made a purchase early on the 11/07 and still haven't received my item, even though I payed for express shipping (1 day to NY according to their website).
I e-mailed already sharing my concern about not having my items shipped 12 days after making the purchase and the answer was: "For made-to-order items standard processing time is 4-6 biz days.". Well, it's now been 8 biz days and nothing, and I need to receive my items until thursday or I won't be able to bring them back with me.

Great outfits and customer service

I ordered a couple of items, as the shipment took a little bit more than expected (1 day), I wrote them and they answered really fast and nicely.
The outfit is really identical to the picture and made with good quality material. My advice would be to order one size bigger. And now I’m ready to shine at festivals :)

Horrible horrible company

Horrible horrible company. Im having the same issue that I see so many others have been having. I placed an order for 3 outfits May 9th, plus package protection. Its now July 21st and I still do not have my order. Customs says Canada Post has it, and Canada Post says I need to contact the sender to file a claim. Well I've done that and Badinka has stopped answering me. I paid a lot of money for product I havent received. I want a refund and they are being so unhelpful. My next step will be to contact my bank and get them to reverse the charge. Scam of a company. Please trust the bad reviews and do not buy from this company.

If I could rate 0 I would! Never got what I ordered! Instead of leggins I got top instead of leggins and support didn’t admit mistake they have on their website and awful user experience. From my account I’m getting to leggins page with “bottom”, everywhere it’s listed in title “leggins”, small grey secondary text indicates “top” which is impossible to notice when image shows leggins and title shows Leggins. And I’ve selected leggins during order for sure, cause I did it from one page where was only top I got and leggins, there was no “top” they send me by mistake in the page I’ve ordered. But somehow I got it and they refuse to admit website mistake, and not even covering return cost, btw their location in Bulgaria, so return will cost same as item price. Waiting time for order was more then 1 month and I’m texting 2 week with their support with no resolution.

Unreliable service and no customer service.

On their t&cs, Badinka says that all orders go straight into production, but it is not true. Eleven days after I placed my order, and noticing they hadn’t sent me a confirmation of shipping yet, I contacted them only to hear that it hadn’t gone into production yet. As it was missing the date of the event it was for, I cancelled it. They refused to cancel, and then refused to refund me if returned it. That is not only scam behaviour, but it is even against the law! They are unreliable and rather rude when communicating with them. If you want to spare yourself a whole lot of stress, don’t buy from Badinka.

Update on my experience!
My first interaction with the company didn’t go as expected, my parcel unfortunately got lost, and it was a frustrating start. But I want to highlight how incredibly well the situation was handled afterwards. The team took my concerns seriously and went above and beyond to make things right. The communication became personal, thoughtful, and genuinely focused on creating a positive experience for me.
It’s rare these days to see a company take responsibility in such a human and proactive way, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into resolving everything. Their designs are unique, creative, and unlike anything you see elsewhere, which is why I wanted to give them another chance in the first place - and I’m glad I did.
Thanks to their support, my experience turned around completely, and I now feel confident ordering again. I’m genuinely looking forward to receiving my new pieces and can happily say that this ended on a very positive note.

I love the clothes but the customer service sucks

I love the clothes. Don’t get me wrong. However I have been saving to order from here for a festival. The item didn’t ship for over two weeks. I contacted them multiple times asking for an update and they simply told me there’s a production issue and to wait. No timeline, no apology, no 10% discount for next time for the inconvenience and gals advertising which stated the item would ship within the week. I am moving and was beyond stressed that I had just spent a good deal of money and might not even get my package at the address I sent it to. I finally had enough and asked to cancel and refund it to which they told me no. Again no apology, no timeline, just suck it up and wait. FINALLY. I went off and threatened to call my bank. Then it ships? Within the same hour? I love the clothes and I have friends all over who love them. But the service is disgusting and vile.

If I could give zero or negative stars…

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Badinka scammed me. They never delivered my package and when I reached out to customer service, I was met with unprofessional, rude, and nasty responses. I plan on suing them. It’s unfortunate because I waited 31 days for this package and it was for my first festival. I was so excited to try on my outfits. They really dropped the ball and disappointed me. I will be taking legal action but still corresponding with “Mia” via email. DO NOT BUY from Badinka or Glamureal. Scam Scam Scam. They’ll give you a “tracking” number so you think your package is on the way. It never comes.

If I could give no stars that would be ideal!
Honestly the worst customer service with this company. We ordered two outfits in MARCH and still have not received them. I had to keep bugging customer service to ask where my package was and it took multiple times to actually get a reply and then they go MIA. We have a festival to attend in July so ended up having to get other outfits. Will not be buying from them again and recommend others do the same. It’s a shame because I was really looking forward to the outfits I ordered but the lack of customer service is not worth it!!

Delivery of my haul came perfectly as scheduled, no issues. The clothing itself seemed of solid quality and was designed well. Felt good on the skin. Unique cute pieces that I really have enjoyed wearing!

Horrible company

Wow, this company is a sham. I ordered three different “sets” from them on June 2nd. I paid for express shipping (1-3 days). The website displayed that it takes up to 5 business days to make my order and then ship it out. On the 6th and 7th business day I told them they still had not shipped my order. This also means that the express shipping I paid for was not honored because I now was on my 8th business day with no shipment out. Then I see that 3 of 4 of my items were shipped today, June 13 (yet to be received by FedEx).. they forgot to ship one of my items in the order. The items are arriving well past when they should (if they ever do) and I still am waiting to find out why my full set was not shipped to me. They do whatever they want without communicating. My order was nearly $300 after a discount code I had.

Honestly won’t be surprised if they “suddenly cancel” my order as I read other people posting they have done it to them when someone complains about their unethical business practices.

Update: I received email it shipped today.. but then I look and it says it was shipped June 8th.. when they were talking to me about it not being made right and needing longer time. None of it adds up and it’s the most sketchy business experience I’ve ever seen!

Ordered from them twice,highly disappointed

I have ordered a top with separate sleeves one time, and the other time - a bodysuit. Both clothing were very poorly made, I guess it were produced somewhere in Asia. Besides of low quality, the size was extra small, and the fabric was smelly. Highly do not recommend ordering from Badinka, especially because they didn’t want to make a refund for the top, even though I sent it back. I only received a discount coupon. What a fraud.
