Good customer service, great products and very fast delivery.

The pink safety sunglasses don't actually provide any tint, they're just safety glasses, not sunnies.
I had to open one pair and try them on to find this, so I suspect they're going to be difficult about the packaging being opened on that return, but I don't know how you'd find out about the tint without trying them on.

And then the online returns process doesn't have a pathway for "product is unsuitable" or anything similar, so I am having to wait on emails from customer service, who don't seem to know the free returns policy on the website, and want me to pay for postage.

Good communication regards delivery updates from Australia to UK , I received my order within ten days from ordering, the product is very good , I bought steel toe cap work trainers with air , they look and feel great , testing them out on next week's shifts on the dust ( binman ) .. happy customer, happy days

The shipping was a fast and easy process. Getting the product in hand from the packaging to on feet was great. The quaint and comfort of the boots are amazing they went to feet as soon as I got them.

I had to return the jacket and had no difficulty whatsoever. It was the first time I actually ever returned something, and the process was flawless. I had to order the next size up, and the long-sleeve tees I ordered were on the small side, too, but I can cope with those. Based on the reviews I have seen, it is better to order the next size up, and I will do that next time I order. I think maybe BAD is outsourcing their clothing from China, where the sizing is always on the smaller fitting size.

The quality of clothes is great but they are very small!! Im a size 14 usually and the 2xl jumper fits perfectly. Sizing is not right at all.

Bought a pair of bad workwear shorts after 7 months massive worn section then split
Prior to trying these shorts I use to wear Karrimor walking shorts that use to last about 12 months
Contacted bad workwear and took them days before replying back to me and then the email was almost unreadable
The reply was that they thought the wear was fair considering I wear them 5 days a week as a bricklayer
I informed them of the consumer credit act of 2015 which states a product should last a fair and reasonable amount of time
There reply was disappointing to be fair

I think the name Bad workwear is very apt for this company

Customer service was great, the steel toe shoes i ordered are awesome, super comfortable, nice insoles and a solid construction. Highly urge anyone looking for the next best thing to give bad workwear a go😎
