I’m almost sure the products are very good, but when I received my package it was not what I was expecting. After communicating with a representative I thought I was ordering a 3 in 1 jacket which was supposed to include the hoodie, plus the rain jacket and the backpack the hoodie folds into. All I got was the hoodie. Again after communicating with a different representative all I got was I could return the product and purchase the product I wanted. Well the page I clicked on had pictures of what I wanted but I didn’t get that product. So I returned it. Cost me 20 bucks to send it back….so buyer beware
