Baerskin Tactical Customer Service is Horrible
When I reviewed my order, it was incorrect. Baerskin divided my order into two orders.
I ordered a 3 in 1 Rain jacket that included a zip up hoodie and a hoodie for my wife. When I pointed out to customer service that my wife’s invoice showed two hoodies of the same size and color, they gladly changed her order to one hoodie.
That’s the last I heard from them. They sent me a WINDBREAKER instead of the 3in1 jacket I ordered.
There was never again a response from customer “no-service” through numerous emails and calls. I’m stuck with something I didn’t order. I had to notify my bank for them to reverse the charges. With all the commercials they put out, I would think things would have been better. Cancel some commercials and use the money to hire some good people as CSRs.
My regret is the jacket has “Baerskin” written on the back of the jacket in subdued, yet legible, lettering. However, when people ask about the jacket, I tell them:
A) Hope you don’t have a problem because customer service is terrible.
B) it’s made in China
I gave them 2 stars because at least they sent me something, even though it was wrong.

Not made in the USA
Ordering is a little confusing if you’re ordering the 3-in-1 for me. It seems as though one needs to order the Baerskin coat/jacket color and then the raincoat color.
My wife wanted the 3-in-1 for her birthday. The site allowed me to select 1 color which is easy! From the date I ordered it, it took exactly 2 weeks to arrive from China. I thought Baerskin was made in the USA. Naturally it arrived 5 days after her birthday, but I mentioned that possibility to her.
Lastly, my wife said she can’t wait to wear/travel with it. She also said it’s soft! I’m not sure if I need another coat or raincoat to order one for myself.

Website was easy to navigate, and I did like the added discount for additional shirts. I did misunderstand the add a additional shirt to your order at a discount price button and ended up adding two. No worries, though, since I really like the sun shirts. Delivery was fast.
