The company`s been trying very hard to creat new ideas of promoting activities including stunt tricks and shows around the world. The aftermarket stunt parts/products are well design and stylish with remarkable performance at the same time.

Was a little disappointed at first, as the website showed "In Stock" when I ordered the Tail Tidy for KTM 1390. I received an email a couple of days later advising that (due to large order volumes) there would be a couple of weeks delay. The unit arrived in New Zealand 10 only days later - so that was good! Beautifully designed, made and painted. I added a rubber buffer between the mount and plate-holder, as I thought it would probably loosen with vibration. Looks great and holding together well!

I placed my order 1 month ago. After 1 week the tracking number was send and i have received all the product within 2 weeks.
I general the product are very good build and the fitment is perfect.
Despite slightly longer wait I recommend their products as they are motorcycle experts.

I am waiting 60 Days now for a Piece that was in Stock at the Day from my Order. They stopped to answering my E-Mails. Money ist gone

It's been two months and 3 days of waiting, and it's still not delivered. They make awesome stuff, but they can't meet the demand.

Placed an order april 17th 2024 now June 4th 2024, very little updates for reasoning of delay, was told order would be dispatched on the 10th of May, on the 15th of May was told they need an additional 2 weeks/ end of the month. Now June 4th still no update after multiple emails. Spent a pretty penny & I just want my stuff. Order #66464

Still no update 2 months later
Keep getting told will be sent within 48 hours ..that was 2 weeks ago and 5 unanswered emails..its such a shame as the product is good .

It went smooth placing the order but I got no tracking information. I placed the order 27 February, today it's almost a month later, 24 of march and still nothing.

I wrote to their support 19 of march but no reply at all.

Edit: after writing this review their support "somehow" magically found my support ticket and replied that they never saw my emails.. But how could they then reply to the support ticket 😂 I sent them screenshots as proof that their system replied with that they had received the emails.

I would avoid buying from them in the future.

Edit: 09/07/2024. After a lengthy process I finally got my money back and they asked me to remove this bad review. (leaving it because this is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had).

I ordered an in-stock part from them and they never fulfilled it. I kept getting false promises from customer service for a future shipping date over the course of 2 months. After getting fed up with repeat failure on shipment, I asked for a refund and they would only reply with a new false shipping date.

DO NOT order from this company. They will likely steal from you too.

I ordered some products to give to my boyfriend as a present. The package arrived on time, and I was pleasantly surprised to find an extra small present included in it. In the end, my boyfriend was delighted with the gift, and he is currently very happy with the products.

After a 6-week delay and endless promises to ship the order, I finally received it. However, they didn't include all the items in the order.

I've ordered protection parts for my 125 DUKE. Not only did they fit perfectly, but they're also high quality. Step-by-step installation guide and excellent customer service in case of any extra questions. I'm looking for style parts next, they have a wide range of sticker kits to choose from as well. I've waited three weeks but it was definitely worth it!

I am thrilled to share my positive feedback about BagorosPerformance, whose products have been a perfect fit for my KTM Duke 390. Their adjustable subcage, crash bobbins, and tail tidy have greatly enhanced my bike. The design and painting work are superb, and despite waiting a month for the adjustable subcage, it was definitely worth it. I am so impressed with their products that I am planning to purchase their engine and clutch cover next. I highly recommend BagorosPerformance for their top-quality items that enhance both the appearance and performance.

Very poor paint started coming off and started to rust in places after year and half of use lol I say used just installed but now makes my bike look tatty so I had to remove please dont waste your money on this and this company as not worth what I paid.

Im still waiting for my superduke 1290 r graphics kit: ordered on april 4th i contacted them on instagram 2 times , one month later i still don’t have a tracking number. After 1 month i still don’t have my order or even a prove of shipping.
UPDATE: I received my order , a lot of delay but i have finally my graphics kit I don’t know if every order is processed like this but at least I can say you are safe, you will receive your order🫡

Great products, arrive faster than expected. I've order 6 times, hundreds of dollars of items (thousands? I buy too much for my bike), everything is beautifully made and painted. All arrived faster than I expect (about a week, coming from EU?)
