Terrible service! Avoid like the plague!
I have waited weeks for my ticket to be fully resolved. The license system also took ages because I was waiting days for the seller to get back to me with a license key for the addon/plugin to work! Not only was a ton of time wasted but the plugin/addon phones home whenever the page is refreshed so your web server isn’t performing as well as it should due to additional latency and with the heavy resource consumption from the inadequate scripted code plus the latency from the call back to this guys license server the addons are just not worth it. The auto installer breaks all the time. The author / support takes days if not weeks to respond at a time. I have resources I paid for that aren’t even in my account yet which has been over a couple months now. Honestly my experience with this stuff has been terrible and I advise you guys avoid this and look at getting private work done instead. It’ll save you the headache.

Regarding the performance issues in the US, you are the first to report such problems. We are currently investigating and working on implementing a new infrastructure in the US to ensure better server response and reduced latency. Normaly the new infrastructure are going to be released in July.
Regarding the increased support time on Discord in recent months, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. You can still utilize email or SMS to promptly resolve any issues you may encounter.
We are pleased to inform you that your panel is now built on the latest Pterodactyl versions, and all of our addons are up-to-date.
In the near future, you will also have the option to receive your license key directly via email through our website.
