Love my machine! Everyone has been extremely helpful. I’ve had my machine almost a year. The technicians still are helping me if a problem occurs. Just love this machine and the people who support this product.

I love my BAI! I have been using it for anlmost two years now. Anytime I have run into an issue or misunderstood directions the engineering team has been extremely helpful. They have helped walk me through issues and made sure that I completely understood how to fix them. I would highly recommend the BAI, and their team.

The technical and sales support teams at Bai are highly capable and responsive. Chatting through WhatsApp has been very effective. And I am blown away by how flawlessly the Vision runs!

I purchased my Bai about 2 months ago.
The techs have answered my questions and trust me, I have had numerous questions. They walked me through some troubleshooting issues.

Ten was quick to help. It wasn’t a perfect fix, but I only lost 1 design on my hoop of 21, and didn’t lose 6 hours of embroidery work. Acceptable loss. Thank you Ren.

I purchased my BAi Mirror in April of 2026. I have had a great success with this machine. It is now July 2026 and I ordered my second one today. I appreciate the BAi team for their assistance with any questions I have had. Customer service great!

I have two Bai mirrors and I love them! I was experienced at using a multi needle machine but I still had to learn the ins and outs of this machine. Everything I needed was just a message away or I found it on You Tube. Never have had a problem.

Purchase was made easy with help from sales rep. Customer service has been great beyond time conflicts. Very helpful in resolving issues and assisting with learning process. Would recommend to new customers.

Bought a Bai Mirror in fall of 2025 and have used it consistently almost every day. From day one, their support has been fabulous. Helping with initial set up to troubleshooting even the minor issues, they have been there to help. The machine itself is a workhorse and with consistent maintenance and care should last for awhile. Hoping to one day have a vision or at least another mirror!

Luke Ren was awesome in helping me repair my machine! So quick to respond and helped me switch out the power supply box and the touch screen without spending tons of money getting someone to come out to run diagnostics! Would recommend him to anyone!

Excellent customer support! I purchased and received my Bai machine in May and have been slow starting it up. After a few trials I reached out to support. They were able to walk me through some issues and I got it working!! I’m thankful for the videos and photos support sent for me to troubleshoot my error.

My wife and I purchased a BAI Mirror 1501 embroidery machine in May of last year.
This is our experience from purchasing from country overseas.
Back in March of 2025 we decided to dabble in the commeriacal side of Embroidery.
After many months of research and speaking with many sales people we decided to deal with Amy Wang for the BAI Purchasing group.
Amy checked off all the boxes for some one we wanted to deal with.
My wife and I were very nervous about making a purchase of this size to an overseas company. We come from a small town in Canada so this was a very big deal for us. Amy reassured us that this was legit. She had us research the BAI sites to help us check out what the BAI group was all about.
After several weeks we decided on thec BAI MIRROR 1501 embroidery machine. Now it was time to figure out how we can make a transfer of the funds. With my research I new that the machine was already in Ontario Canada so that was step one.
We then went to our local bank to ask how we could do the transaction through our bank. My manager needed some information from Amy to be able to transfer the funds. We contacted Amy and within two days she had the info that was needed. My bank manager also did some research and gave us the green light to make the deal.
With in 8 days of the sale we had our first BAI commercial embroidery machine. Amy kept us up dated as to when we should expect to receive the machine.
Once that was all said and done Amy set us up with Leo Wang. Leo is an Engineer for the Bai group. Leo is a God send. From the first time I hit the start button to today when I was uncertain of something, he has helped us out. He also has embroidery experience and is very knowledgeable of the craft. As this is a long way from my single kneedle machine to 15 needles and just doing things for small fairs, family and friends to now where it is a full fledged business.
In closing all I can say is that if your looking at purchasing a commercial embroidery machine give the BAI group a good look at. They treat us like family. The machine are solid. If your just starting out this is definitely a great machine. The tech support is definitely number 1.

We were brand new to embroidery. We knew it was the next step for us, and given the many different brands, we did a lot of research before deciding to purchase our Bai Mirror. Even though buying our BAI machine felt like a leap of faith, the team at bai.store eased our decision from the start. Their communication before purchase was excellent; they answered all of our questions and never rushed us.

Once the machine arrived, their after-sales team really came through. They walked us through setup, answered tons of questions, and made sure we were comfortable before releasing us into the wild so to speak.

As with any new equipment or software or combination of the two, there will always be questions and sometimes problems will arise. Recently we ran into an issue where we kept breaking needles while trying to stitch out puff hats. Support responded quickly, diagnosed the issue, and walked us through the solution. We made some changes and we were back up and running perfectly!

This is where, in my opinion Bai shines. Anytime I have a problem or question and reach out, I promptly get a response. They are always very polite.

They communicate well and are very patient with me as we work through whatever situation I’m referencing at the time. That kind of support makes a huge difference in not only getting up and running, but also allows us to continue with confidence, knowing we have a phenomenal support team standing behind us.

The Mirror was our first venture into embroidery and with the quality of the machine as well as the amazing support team, we’re confident not only that we will continue growing our business but that we will add another machine in the future. We HIGHLY recommend BAI to everyone, whether you are just starting out in embroidery or you’re a seasoned pro, you cannot go wrong!!
