My experience with BAI has been incredible from the very beginning. The shopping experience was smooth, but what has truly set BAI apart is their amazing sales and after-sales support team.

Whenever I’ve had a question or experienced an issue with my machine, their team has been prompt, patient, and incredibly helpful. Most recently, I experienced a “No Needle” error with my machine, and the support team quickly helped me resolve the issue. They provided excellent YouTube videos that clearly walked me through the troubleshooting process and helped me get my machine back up and running quickly. The videos were easy to follow and incredibly helpful!

As a creator and business owner, having a reliable machine is important, but knowing there is an incredible support team behind that machine makes all the difference. I genuinely tell other companies that they should model their customer support after BAI because their team is truly one of the best!

I've been extremely happy with my BAI embroidery machine. As someone who has used other brands, I can honestly say this machine has exceeded my expectations.

The biggest pros for me are how easy it is to use and how beginner-friendly it is. The interface is straightforward, and I was comfortable using it very quickly. It's also much quieter than I expected.

The customer service during the buying process was excellent. They answered all of my questions, and I really appreciated all of the extras that came with the machine. I was also able to save $1,000 by driving to one of their U.S. warehouses and picking it up myself, which was a huge bonus.

I've embroidered 60 structured hats without breaking a single needle, and the machine handled them beautifully. If you're planning to do hats, that's been a major win in my experience.

Another huge plus is BAI's YouTube channel. Their tutorials are clear, helpful, and make learning the machine much easier.

As for the cons, I had gotten spoiled by having a camera for design placement on another brand of machine, so I do miss that feature. I also wish there were a stitch-out timer or counter that estimated how long a design would take to complete.

That said, neither of those is a deal-breaker for me. I haven't had any mechanical problems with my machine. Any issues I've encountered have been due to my own learning curve rather than the machine itself.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend the BAI embroidery machine. It's reliable, beginner-friendly, handles hats exceptionally well, has great customer support, and offers excellent value for the money.

We purchased the Bai Mirror in February 2026 as our first embroidery machine. It seemed a bit intimidating at first since it is a large commercial workhorse but the sales team has been extremely helpful and have guided us through every question we had. Excellent customer support!

I’ve had a great experience so far with BAi embroidery machines. The website is easy to navigate and they make sure to give you a sales representative to answer any questions. After the sale is complete you’re added to a private group chat for additional after receiving your machine. Woody, Ren, and Corey have been such a big help in troubleshooting any issues or questions I have with my machine. They also reply very quickly which is amazing when you’re in the middle of trying to quickly fulfill order. I’m excited to see the full potential BAi will offer me!

My husband I were interested in an embroidery machine to add onto our business InfiniteVIII Design (co2 laser/uv laser, and uv dtf) and wanted something with high quality, affordability and support especially for beginners. We had our first look when we visited the expo in Long Beach CA. It didn’t take much convincing when we spoke to the staff and decided to purchase the Bai vision embroidery machine. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and the sample live embroidery that they were making/showing looked of high quality. After receiving our machine which was packed amazingly…(we even saved the box and repurposed it as a work table) we watched bai tutorial on YouTube for unboxing, assembling, and trouble shooting(great source). We also joined the Bai Facebook group for support and even had Bai representative name Luke Ren giving us continuous support through our journey as beginners. Overall I would recommend Bai embroidery machine for its quality, pricing, and support.
