I found BairesDev through a friend who had contracted them before. I had high expectations and a tight timeline, yet they truly over-delivered. They are the perfect vendor if you need to build a tech team fast without compromising talent quality. This is my second project with them, and it is actually even better than the first.

Spammers. Do not use.

Just like the others, I have been spammed by this company for months, on my email work, aggressively. I do not recommend them.

Over aggressive marketing techniques and total dishonesty.

97% of their good reviews are from new, fresh accounts, that have never left a review to any other company but this.

That should tell you something.

There is no way to get off of their marketing spam list and it never stops!! They have followed me from job to job over the past several years and they reference a random LinkedIn endorsement I gave every single time. That person hates it too!

High-quality engineering talent at reasonable prices. If you are looking for nearshore engineers that are good @ about 60-75% of US FTE prices, BairesDev is the right solution.

I expressed my dissatisfaction on the contract. The costs are considerable higher than competitors and other agencies we use compare to the same level of quality. The response I got is: we waive a little fee for vacation one time. Nobody reached out to me to discuss the items in the contract that I am not happy with. Nobody followed up if the vacation waiver satisfied me. I feel they did not listen to me

Good and fast preparation of their staff.
When a software developer needs an specific knowledge about one topic, the process of his/her preparation is good and fast.

I was somewhat skeptical of using a third party, offshore engineers and giving up control of the whole recruiting lifecycle. I have had negative experiences in the past with offshore employees, shutting down groups in various parts of Asia. But, given the challenge of finding local employees, and cost savings, I decided to give it a shot.

I did not realize: 1) how nice/important it is to have people working the same hours, and 2) the general strength of the BairesDev recruiting process.

While there have been a few bumps in the road as we onboard and work with new people, they are no more than what we typically encounter when we hire locally.
