We were working on a large project and needed to quickly add staff with desperate skill sets to meet deadlines. Within days of the request, BairesDev was able to fill multiple positions and bring them "in house." We received high-quality resources that were productive and felt like they belonged on the team. In addition to the high quality of the candidates we received, the account team, support managers, and consistent review procedure provided an excellent experience.

As others have said, regular unsolicited spam. Not sure that I have ever seen a legitimate business with so many 'single review' reviewers. I can only imagine the person responsible for the spam sits at their PC at night after scaring away any notion of a client writing Walter Mitty style glowing reviews of their own perceived brilliance.

Edit: clearly an attempt being made by someone to clear up the Trustpilot reviews following ANOTHER change in company name. I’ve received a message from TP to provide more information, which I’m happy to do.

Funny how all of the positive reviews are from the US when this company operates out of Scotland.

Due to staff turnover and vacancies recently, we needed to fill multiple positions in a fast-paced development department. Therefore, we contacted a few organizations to assist with outsourcing our full-time positions. BairesDev was one of them. The service, the prompt attention, the consistent follow-up, and the quality of candidates we got from them speaks well of their recruiting and screening process.

Received numerous spam emails from this company without ever contacting them.
All positive reviews for this company are from people who have only given 1 review and the subjects/content of the review are repeated...

Regular "personalized" spam emails that were never signed up for. Regardless of telling them we are not interested, still receiving emails.

Like other reviewers, bombarded by spam from this company. Obviously have done no research into my work as the offerings in their emails are entirely inappropriate for my situation.

This company is an abomination. Their representative Rick reached out even after I asked to unsubscribe, which is clearly against GDPR.

Genuinely sick of receiving spam emails from this company. If I don't reply after the first 3 emails, I don't want your services.

And before you reply with a generic "we've removed your email" ... you should consider changing your business practices going forwards, as I notice that the majority of 1 star reviews are about this very issue.

They have very high standards for their output. I was able to tell because when I was testing the new software, I saw that it was all good. However, the team themselves found a few things that could be improved even more. They actively improved the program without us even requesting for it. They truly care about their customers

The blog is something worth reading if you have the time. Whenever I have free time on my hands, I enjoy going through the different blogs on the site. It makes me appreciate the projects we've put into place even more. Likewise, it also gives me ideas for new projects and programs to integrate into our business

I have three start-up companies at the moment. I started off by inquiring through this website with the purpose of creating new software for one of our businesses. We were able to automate a lot of the tasks, and almost instantly, I saw the convenience of having good software. Since then, I have worked with the same team for my other companies as well

If you're looking to outsource a lot of your backend operations, then I can't recommend this group enough. We have worked with them several times already and the outcome of each project was great

This company uses highly irritating spam to try to get new business.
After an initial email with an aggressive pitch from Emma white, she followed up asking me to reply. since then I have received the exact same follow up no less than 10 times.
If she is trying to make sure I never do business with her, she is going about it the perfect way.
