I ordered samples from baked tiles after talking to one of the interior designers via mail. They paired me with my desired tiled, sent samples and made sure I got it. They had really great service

I bought some tiles for my fireplace during a recent stove installation. Baked tiles helped with the correct grout colour match which was perfect and when due to a slight miscommunication the tiles needed to arrive a day earlier than expected, they pulled out all the stops and had them to me on time.
I am over the moon with the results of the project and can’t speak highly enough of the customer service I received.
I shall definitely consider using them for my next project which is the kitchen.

This company is exceptional and a should act as an example to all tiling companies out there. From order to delivery, from instruction to customer care, it truly cares (hmm, based in Wales).

I rang to get some advice on the tiles I wanted to buy, Steph was amazing and helped out so much, friendly and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. she advised me on the grout colour which was super helpful. I paid for the tiles and went to collect them next day. great service, great company, and I love my tiles so much :)

Am now using baked for all my tiling projects as products are high quality and customer service is decent.
