Fantastic variety of tiles which were just that little bit different to others we had looked at. Extremely helpful staff who quickly reply to emails and answer any questions related to the products, price and quantity needed etc. Very easy online ordering process.
Kept well informed regarding delivery dates, the delivery drivers were also very helpful on arrival. This our second order and would definitely recommend.

I ordered some tile samples as part of my research for a planned new kitchen, work for which will start next year.
The samples arrived fairly quickly and I am very pleased with the colours and quality. I will most likely visit the store before I make my final decision, as I have time for this.
The web site was easy to use, which helped me with my choices. I am looking forward to having a new kitchen, as I have waited for many years for this!

We discovered the wrong number of tiles had been delivered (not baked tiles fault but the delivery company) and Gail who I spoke to was very efficient and helpful in getting the issue resolved. Alert! They are advertising wrong tiles.

I have ordered my tiles based on their “Inspiration”photos. To my surprise when I opened the instagram of that inspiration the lady said that she used different tiles. The product has similar colour and the same size but the texture and variety of shade is completely different. Please be aware of the errors like that on their website. I changed my rating for 3 starts as the customer service solved our problem and was actually quite helpful, accepted their fault.

Quite problematic though if you want exact type of tile and you might possibly receive something that you don’t want. Delivery is pricey and non refundable!

Edit: I was waiting to see if you remove the photos of the tiles that are wrong but you didn’t. I think you mislead customers on purpose.

The tiles look great and appeared to be easy to install. However 10% of the tiles had chips on one of the edges and couldn't be used as a whole tile. Luckily there were enough places for cut offs so they weren't wasted. Also my tiler said that the tiles were not not all the same size with microscopic differences only apparant when being installed

Great tiles, quick delivery, amazing quality!

Quite a way from me and I only had a small order at this stage but service was both excellent and personal too. They couldn’t have been more helpful and I’d say went over and above expectations with an awkward geographical delivery arriving on time. On top, quality product at fair price. Therefore, I can definitely recommend this company and I’ll be using them again for further orders.

For a start the product is absolutely stunning. At last a creative textile company that isn’t completely monolithic in browns and greys! Customer service is excellent and dispatch is quick. Reasonably priced too. Will definitely be buying again. First class in every way. Any designer working on a period based project or restoration would do well to visit these guys.

I had some help from the team with my order, they managed to rush out some of the deliveries when I was short of time. The tiles are fantastic and look incredible.
