Derek was awesome. I contacted him with short notice to get a tuxedo made for my wedding In two months. He was able to squeeze me into his already full schedule 2 days later and get me fit. He made the whole process super easy and was nothing but professional. I got my tuxedo 1 month later and it fit great. There were a couple very minor alterations that needed to be dialed In, which Balani covered and it was perfect. Derek answered every email/text within a few hours and it made me feel very taken care of. The customer service I received as well as the fit and quality of my garments made me a customer for life.

The whole experience with Balani was top notch. Personal touch and great communication.

I had a great experience working with Corrie. I came in to get a couple suits for my wedding and for work. For my wedding suit, I had some high level ideas of what I wanted - something traditional but with a few more unique parts to fit my style. Corrie was extremely patient with me, was very knowledgeable, helped walk me through my ideas, and ultimately helped me a create a look that I absolutely love. When I came in for the fitting afterwards, I was blown away - everything looked and fit great and was ready to go for the wedding without any additional tailoring. Would strongly recommend Balani and Corrie.

While employed, my position necessitated extensive International business travel to Asia, Canada, Europe, etc. and I have had custom tailored suits made in the above referenced countries; however, not to the degree of professionalism experienced with Yaneev Benami.
He is truly outstanding: one very detailed measure for a custom tailored suit and dress shirt, one return visit for a fitting with no further alterations required, and, finally, one very satisfied "out the door" Customer and spouse with the finest custom tailored business suit and dress shirt.

John was very helpful in explaining what design choices meant. Being new a first time buyer, I had done a little research into some of the bigger design choices, but everything else was new to me. It was nice to be taken care of, having 100% attention on me. In the end, the suit fit perfectly and looked amazing. It is pricey, but this is by far the best suit I (currently) own. I will be back.

The service that was provided was excellent. Rachel Lutsky was very helpful, and made the whole process very smooth.

I have been extraordinarily pleased with the quality of the Balani sport coat and other clothes tailored and purchased. I have had a number of compliments on the sport coat and I have only worn it once. The initial fitting was almost perfect, with only a modest adjustment needed.

As importantly, the customer service has been exceptional. Yaneev Benami assisted me in selections and fitting in Colorado while I was at an event. Upon returning home to Dallas Alisse Cervantes took charge and has been most responsive in her service to me. The coordination between Yaneev and Alisse has been seamless, which I have greatly appreciated. Customer service is hugely important to my repeat business and loyalty, They have earned my trust. Great job all!
