I am completely satisfied.

I was completely satisfied with my pieces. The 18k finish is amazing and I can wear them while working out, swimming, in the shower with no worries of fading or tarnish. Definitely a great investment. I am thoroughly impressed.

The best gold chain goes to BALANZI

I had no idea this material would be so high quality and the shine isn’t fading away I been in the swimming pools, sauna, steam rooms and showers and everything still the same no break outs or irritation! I love my chains and wear them everyday!!! Thnx for your service and reliability…I will definitely invest in a bigger one soon!

Love the quality definitely I will buy more and the prices are so reasonable it’s been a while since I’ve seen one of these quality hope it last long I’m wearing this chain & bracelet about 2 weeks now and so far so good …hope the warranty won’t change !!!! And very good in responding back to customer / service and support…..

Still waiting for my item, they did send an email with a proposed solution, but will not give credit for the proposal until it becomes an action, and I get my item.

Upgraded chains!!

The shine overall was amazing on the chains. First opening them and seeing them made me so happy. They really have upgraded their chains. The upgraded the tension of the clasps as well and that made me even more happy. I haven’t taken off my chains since I’ve gotten them and they haven’t even fallen, even during my football games.

The Balanzi Set

Really satisfied with the set I ordered from Balanzi, the chain and bracelet are really great quality and I love the shine of them. Definitely a great showpiece and affordable as well. The quality is there but doesn't look real like others I've seen

The quality of the chain is built good but it doesn't look real at all. Plus the small bracelet that came with it is too small even though I ordered the biggest size. I'm not even a big guy. Barely 200 lb. Maybe 19 0 yet? It's tight around my wrist and really thin. It just has a different color to it than I was expecting compared to real gold. And for me this is the same as the locally button fake gold chains which are cheap and say 14 karat raid on them as well and have a better clasp that is more reliable. And for the weight that I had to wait, to end up being disappointed. Wasn't impressed

Hey Mj, I really appreciate you taking the time to share this. I totally get where you’re coming from.

We’re currently upgrading every part of the Cuban Links, and feedback like this is exactly what’s been pushing us to improve.

Just to walk you through it:

First, the color. We’ve been working with the factory to fix this. Our new batches are being PVD coated under stricter quality controls, so the gold tone is richer, deeper, and much closer to real 18K.

Next, the clasp. We’re not happy with it either. We’re building a completely new clasp from scratch. It’s more secure, won’t open accidentally, and we’re testing it with a digital force gauge to make sure it holds up.

And on the look and feel overall, I get that too. That’s why we’re tightening up our standards across the board. The new pieces use 2x the PVD coating, a high-polish finish, and tighter links. They look and feel like something you’d expect to pay thousands for.

Exceptional Cuban

I purchased the 12MM 22" Cuban and it's honestly easily the best chain I've owned. The chain is easy to clean and it's waterproof. The chain also has a great color and weight to it. It's a standout piece.
