We’re really sorry to hear about the delay and totally get your frustration. Waiting 15 days for a delivery is definitely not the experience we want you to have with BALANZI.

Normally, our delivery timeframe is 5 to 8 business days, but this time, we ran into some unexpected delays after moving to our new warehouse. This is actually the first time we’ve ever experienced this kind of issue, and as soon as we realized what was going on, our higher-ups and warehouse team jumped in right away to get things sorted.

First off, we want to sincerely apologize for the delay in getting your order to you. We completely understand your frustration, and you're absolutely right that no one wants to be left waiting without clarity or action.

This situation has been just as upsetting for us, as it's the first time we've encountered this kind of delay since moving to our new warehouse, which we had to do due to recent tariff changes. Unfortunately, your package got stuck in Customs, and while that’s out of our direct control, we take full responsibility for the experience you’ve had.

Our team, from our higher-ups to our warehouse, has been working behind the scenes to fix this, and we’re not just offering apologies. We’re actively resending your order right away, and you’ll still receive the first package as well. If it makes it to you, it’s yours to keep.

We totally get your point about crediting a solution only when it becomes action. That’s fair. We're determined to turn this around and make sure you get your item.

Again, we’re so sorry for the inconvenience. We're learning from this issue and doing everything we can to prevent it from happening again.

We're so sorry to hear about the delay you experienced in receiving your order. We completely understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you're looking forward to something and it doesn’t arrive on time.

Delays like this are extremely rare for us, and honestly, this is the first time we've heard of a situation where a customer had to personally deal with another postal service to track down their package. That’s definitely not the kind of experience we want any of our customers to go through. We ship hundreds of orders each week and deliveries usually go smoothly, so your case is far from the norm.

That said, we’re not brushing this off. We're taking full responsibility and are already looking into this with the carrier to understand what happened and how we can prevent this from happening again.

We appreciate your feedback even though we wish it was under better circumstances. If there's anything we can still do to make this right, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.

Hey Mj, I really appreciate you taking the time to share this. I totally get where you’re coming from.

We’re currently upgrading every part of the Cuban Links, and feedback like this is exactly what’s been pushing us to improve.

Just to walk you through it:

First, the color. We’ve been working with the factory to fix this. Our new batches are being PVD coated under stricter quality controls, so the gold tone is richer, deeper, and much closer to real 18K.

Next, the clasp. We’re not happy with it either. We’re building a completely new clasp from scratch. It’s more secure, won’t open accidentally, and we’re testing it with a digital force gauge to make sure it holds up.

And on the look and feel overall, I get that too. That’s why we’re tightening up our standards across the board. The new pieces use 2x the PVD coating, a high-polish finish, and tighter links. They look and feel like something you’d expect to pay thousands for.
