Absolutely poor customer service

Absolutely poor customer service. Purchased many pairs of socks from them in the past. I emailed a warranty claim for a pair of socks that had shrunk considerably to the point they are unwearable, and they simply told me that the size I purchased was wrong when that was the size I purchased for other models of the socks they sell. Instead of discussing further, they retroactively closed the warranty request. Poor customer service. I will never purchase Balega socks again and will be advising others to avoid too.
