I have now been with Balgores for my 5th car, always helpful and easy process, and have not yet beaten their deals..

Ordered car (EV) and was asked to pay broker fee up front. Day before car was due got a call to say it had a coolant problem and needed to go back to VW for a fix. Not wanting to have a ‘lemon’ car (EV plus coolant is a big issue) we cancelled and assumed we would get the broker fee back. Only when chasing a week later was I told the contract with Balgores mentioned no fees were repayable. Understand the fault was with the VW dealer/car but to be stiffed for almost £300 and have no car is a joke and feels like really shady practice. Have since found an alternate deal where the broker fee is not asked for up front and is refundable. With so much choice I’d stay clear of this outfit. Ultimately we shouldn’t have assumed the fee was refundable so be warned and dont fall for it like we did

Over the years my wife and I have used Balgores to lease 4 cars. Each time the process has been efficient and easy. The collection of old vehicles and delivery of new has all been arranged by Balgores and worked seamlessly every time. I’d recommend Balgores leasing.

This is my third lease and after having a break from it again dipped my toe back in, looking at different sites, loads of deals and obviously there is plenty to look at online. After having nailed down the vehicle I wanted, spec, price and colour I made some enquiries.

Some replied relatively quickly but Charlie at Balgores replied within minutes and replied to my numerous questions which were knowledgable and reassuring. I have to say I was impressed with Charlie from the outset and nothing was too much trouble. This positive attitude got my business.

Since I placed the order I have been dealing with Treena pretty much ever since and she was equally as professional, courteous and thorough. Through Treena I changed the delivery date of the new car to suit my needs and again, no quibbles, just really professional throughout.

If you are in the market for a lease vehicle then please save yourself the work I did and lease with Balgores. You honestly won’t regret it. Both Charlie and Treena are a credit to this company.

This was my first personal car lease and Balgores were very helpful through the whole process with no pressure to go with any lease. Callum and Treena kept me updated through the whole process, including some delays caused by the finance company. They were quick to process everything as it came through and were very helpful when I wanted to change to an updated model with a better lease rate. I would be very happy to use Balgores again.

Whole process from start to finish was supported by the Balgores team. From advice with the initial order options, through delivery support, regular updates and a post delivery call to ensure everything was OK with the vehicle and the level of service provided.
