Signed me up took my money, Ai failed all accounts, full of excuses, money was not refunded as promised just more excuses, now dodging communication and blaming insurance company, scam company deceitful people, stay away from this company, it looks all shinny but it is a scam...

Professional scammers Carlita Nair and her Husband Sanjay balgo. These people showed their face to gain trust. Hired sales agents and scammed thousands of dollars of my and my clients money. Gull of lies. Fake AI and now they are lost.
I hope someone holds them to account! Absolute pieces of SH**T

Absolute BS company I had bought one of their accounts back in December 2023 without any notice they freeze all accounts a day later. They then started back up in January where my account was breached within 2-3 weeks of having it in the passing portion. Never got my "guarantee money back" which they assured me if the "AI" didn't pass would be refunded to my account. For the past 5 MONTHS I've been trying everything to set up a meeting or talk to someone and all I get is "we'll get back within 3-4 business days". absolutely 0 satisfaction horrible customer service and still no response. Keep your money away from this company!!!!!!!

I purchased a subscription with this company in December and was told I will be calibrated on an account making money before end of the year. The bot was turned off and nobody informed me. When January came around and I had been charged again for service with nothing happening for my account I reached out to “customer service” they said “oh sorry, let’s calibrate you and issue a refund. You won’t be charged u til your account passes the prop challenge. February came around and I was charged again without passing the prop form challenge. I was issued a refund and given another apology. March came around and I haven’t passed the challenge for the prop form again. Customer service is now dodging me and I have to reach out multiple times before anyone will get ahold of me. Finally I am fed up with the empty promises and demand a full refund of about 3700 USD. It has been over a month and I still have yet to see a refund on the money they claim to of sent back to me. They are dodging all of my efforts to reach them and won’t send back almost 4000 dollars. This is nothing but a scam and I recommend everybody stay away. They will promise you many things but don’t be fooled, they will take your money and underperform beyond what you thought capable.

Terrible company. Scam artist who claim a money back guarantee but makes a bunch of excuses to give money back. Untrustworthy!!

Big scam! I trusted the management but once again promesses no fulfilled

1- it was supposed to pass prop firm challenge and refund if failed. I NEVER GOT REFUNDED

2- instead of full management service they have decided to switch to do it yourself type of service. I requested a refund because I didn't get the service at all and guess what THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME

I had to go through my financial institution to dispute the charge and of course I won't get my money from the prop firm I paid and they blew up.

Really disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. To simply put it don’t pour your money into this company they do not stand for their own values. I put ~$2500 into the company in October of 2023 and got nothing for it just a bunch of runarounds, excuses, and changed policies and products. I talked to the CEO myself and still nothing don’t waste your time or money on this company what ever they try to sell you won’t be what you’re actually getting yourself into beware.

Balgo has been very communicative while undergoing leadership change and has had a lot of promise so far I’m very happy to have the founders back in control of the company. The former CEO Randy Webb he was not taking the company in the right direction with horrible communication and used MLM like aggressive sales tactics. The products and service are so much better with the right leadership. As a customer for the last 6 months I’ve seen the company grow from Beta to a real start up and I’m excited to see where it is going to go.

Just received my downloadable file I have been profitable so far using the system with all the recommended settings.

Balgo Tech let me down in the past when I had faith that the AI product they selling would've been profitable,but they didn't let me down this time. Last week Thursday my customers got a email saying their refund that Balgo Tech founders agreed to pay back after the poor performance of their garbage AI system is processed and they should have it in about ten days. I started to have lil faith in them but I didn't allow myself to get carried away so I decided to wait until the money hit my customers account to say well yea they decided to be up front. Unfortunately the truth is not in them and they decided to scam my customers.

They sent out a email to a few of them saying after reviewing the contract and seeing the refunds was requested after 30 days they can't be refunded. I'm baffled,I never saw a group of dishonest people in my life. I brought 11 of my business partners to Balgo Tech and now have to hang my head in shame. Balgo Tech need to be shut down before more people lose their hard earned money.

I saw their response to my last post and decided not to comment because the current leadership in Balgo Tech is lie for no reason. They lucky I can't post pictures here.

This company and their employees are wonderful! They were able to address all my questions and concerns, making sure that I knew all the information I needed!

Sticking with Balgo Tech for the long term! Best algo on the market by far! All you have to do after install is click the button. Averaging about 5-15% ROI a week depending. Expect days of downdraw but the AI always bounces back even better

I would give 10 stars! Love balgotech software! It has been working amazing for me! I started with Balgo ending of December! They have been so positive and made such a impact! Their downloadable file was a easy process to do and cant wait to try out more of their products!

I have no experience with algos or too much with trading but sign up process was very straight forward. Just follow the recommendations and instructions and you’re pretty much fail proof
