You are a family member of a former staff that was terminated in which we are engaging in legal action against. Your account was never blown however you did request a refund upon his defamation of Balgo Tech in which your received that same day. You were a client for a month and you did in fact see positive days but I am sorry if your family member guaranteed or spoke of any type expected results other than basing your buying decision off analysis of our actual data. In alalyzing our data yiu would understand that Balgo Ai works best with funded accounts and live capital, you would also know that our product is on extremely low settings or not on at from December to mid January. Past results do not equal future results and we expect all Balgo employees to explain data and risks to their customers.

This was the worst AI experience I ever had. This company is a complete scam, they over promise and under deliver I haven’t seen any profits. And they took thousands of dollars from me I’m still waiting for a refund!!

This is in inaccurate and wildly false. You were also refunded 100% of your money within on February 5th. After being active since January 3rd. Expecting huge profits off a demo account prop firm while the Ai was only active for 16 trading days is definitely crazy expectations. Your sales agent should have never sold you in that manner especially if you're on a demo.
Based on data and past results your best bet using our product is using our Ai with a live broker self funded account or a funded account. Past result do not guarantee future results but it is your responsibility and your sale rep responsibility to go over data and risk terms with you. We are by no means a get rich quick service or a prop firm pass entity. If your agent Randy Webb sold you this in the wrong way we're deeply sorry and we have since terminated him based on several similar stories reported in January.
Needs improvement
The “ai” started my FTMO account and was good for a day. After that it was downhill and was close to failing the challenge. The faith I had in the company and the software to pass the challenge based off its past statistics faded away. Doesn’t seem to be too consistent. Maybe it needs tweaking not sure but I wouldn’t recommend.

Do not trust this company whatsoever, they are a scam! The AI products do not work, they are using bad bots that will blow your accounts! They make you fight tooth and nail for a refund and are quick to aggression when trying to resolve issues with them! No check they issue to the sales reps can be cashed, which is why the use cash apps as payment. They have no system and Carlita and Sanjay continue to scam families daily! Please, buyers beware!!!

By the looks of this information it seems as if You were a sales agent with Balgo who left when the former CEO was terminated. Please see your email as we will be engaging in legal actions against you.
Please understand you were also using a prop firm which is demo account. All past data which you should have analyzed before buying our product shows results on live capital and or funded accounts. If you were sold or trained to sell in the incorrect manner we apologize. We are not a get rich quick software nor have ever marketed that way and will terminate staff member immediately for improper selling tactics.
You have also never engaged in conversation with Carlita or Sanjay and you're basing your words off the false claims of the former CEO. Please see your email for our a formal address into this issue with our legal team.
I was a beginner!
I joined BalgoTech as a complete beginner. I had no clue about trading or anything about markets and how they worked. I just know I needed a second form of income. The team was amazing, they explained to me in detail how the software worked and what to expect with complete transparency. I would highly recommend as a beginner or even advanced. This is truly amazing, patience is key!!

STAY AWAY!!
They try to lure you in with a promise that you'll get a refund and it was stated to me by the owner himself that I would get a full refund on my account plus my prop firm situation. They purposely give you a 90-day money-back guarantee because they know that your credit cards are not going to refund you anything after 60 days. At which point you're at their mercy of them, giving you a refund which most likely will not happen I've been trying to talk to them to get my refund they keep giving me the runaround.

The Ai really works with prop firms…
The Ai really works with prop firms especially. I have two accounts one for my funded account and another for a prop firm account I created. Im seeing 12% monthly returns on my self funded account and 8% on my prop firm account that has just passed challenge last month.
