I used Bali Laundry 12 months ago and again 2 days ago. They are brilliant! WhatsApp proactive communication, including photos, keep you up to date through the booking, pick up, laundering and return process leaving no doubt on the status of your precious (Or not so precious) things. If they find any problem stains they’ll let know, once again with a supporting photo. Our belongings were returned neatly folded in a sealed plastic bag. I trust their honesty. Both experiences I got change as I had over estimated the weight. My experience was from a western hotel in Nusa Dua and the lobby staff were fully supportive.

Absolutely amazing experience with Bali Laundry! From start to finish, their service was top-notch. Communication was excellent — they were responsive, clear, and professional throughout. I used their same-day service, and not only was it fast and reliable, but the quality was exceptional.
They went above and beyond to remove some stubborn stains I didn’t think would come out, and everything came back looking and smelling fresh. What truly impressed me was their honesty — they found money I had forgotten in my pockets and made sure to inform me and return it. That kind of integrity is rare and so appreciated.
On top of all that, their prices are very fair — great value for money considering the quality and speed of the service. I totally recommend Bali Laundry to anyone looking for trustworthy, efficient, and high-quality laundry care. Will definitely use them again!

Highly recommend Bali Laundry!
Bali laundry make booking so quick and easy! They offer free pick up and delivery from any location. They wash your clothing separately and communicated throughout the whole process and our clothing came back fresh and folded in plastic wrapping. We will continue to use this company, highly recommend!

We used Bali Laundry to get our holiday clothes clean before heading home, they arrived a couple of hours after I requested a pick up. The clothes are perfectly cleaned and ironed and arrived safely the following day, ready for home! Great service, thanks

These guys were amazing
These guys were amazing. We used them for our whole time in Bali and they were affordable, efficient and the quality of the laundry was first rate. When we moved resorts, the change in drop off address was handled seamlessly and without any fuss at all.
Will definitely use this service again when we come back. Can’t recommend highly enough.

All marks remained. But when I washed at home, marks all came out
We used the Bali laundry service in Nusa Dua for our recent holiday. I asked for the no fragrance detergent. When we got the clothes back, none of the normal wear marks had been removed in the wash.
When we got home, we had to re-wash the whole load (with no fragrance detergent), and all marks came out straight away.
I think they need to get a better no fragrance detergent. Just because it doesn’t have fragrance doesn’t mean it shouldn’t wash the clothes properly.
Obviously it’s cheap, so I’m not really worried about it from a cost perspective, but what a waste of time and effort organising the laundry to be done while we were in Bali.
I would say, do not bother using this laundry service.

Regarding your order, as per your request for detergent suitable for sensitive skin and no perfumes, we used a gentle, unscented, hypoallergenic detergent that’s free of dyes, with very minimal effectiveness in removing stains, instead of our regular detergent with a pre-wash formula designed to treat most stains effectively.
