Great products friendly staff always happy to help.

Not impressed so far. Customer service is shocking; online portal they don’t reply, email communication has taken 8 hours so far following being told they are ‘chasing’ my order for me. If we don’t hear soon when our delivery will be will be cancelling the order.

Really helpful staff and managed to find a replacement item the same day. I really like how they also up cycle previous baby stuff as the set up costs can be large for any family.

Bambinos & beyond have been fantastic. From visiting the store and showing us a different range of prams and answering any questions via email instantly. Making our process really smooth. No problems with my order, fast delivery, really pleased

Ordered an item in September which said 7-10 working days delivery, constantly had to contact them as I was receiving no contact or updates. The item took over 2 months to arrive after me chasing them for all that time. Wouldn’t recommend. The company really needs to up the communication. If I was kept in the know it wouldn’t have been half as bad.

After a frustrating experience with another retailer who kept delaying my order (6 weeks!!) for a Maxi-Cosi Dove Pro baby bouncer, I came across Bambinos & Beyond. I had initially purchased this at a reduced price from the other retailer (£70 cheaper than on the actual Maxi-Cosi site) and noticed that Bambinos & Beyond did ‘price match’ so I explained my situation to their team and provided proof of what I had paid elsewhere. They were incredibly understanding and immediately agreed to price match the offer, making the whole process so easy and stress-free.

Once I placed my order, I received clear communication and updates, and to my surprise, the bouncer arrived within just three days - exactly as promised. The item was perfectly packaged and arrived in excellent condition.

Bambinos & Beyond completely turned around what had been a really frustrating shopping experience. Their efficiency, friendly communication, and willingness to help genuinely made a difference.
