I received excellent customer service from Claire - she tried really hard to resolve a small issue I had - communication was a fantastic and she did everything she could to resolve it for me. Above and beyond service Claire - thank you - Gemma

Great price and very quick delivery, would use again!

I waited 6 weeks for them to deliver the wrong item, then waited another week to have this rectified. 7 weeks in total for a delivery that was supposed to take 7-14 days.
I was repeatedly told my order was coming in ‘in this week’s delivery’ then it had not been delivered.
This caused a huge amount of stress as my due date drew closer, and ruined what was supposed to be a really exciting time of having my first travel system delivered.
I don’t recommend this company, and would advise people to avoid using them, as I can now see I am not the only person who has had these problems.

Good communication about my order, arrived perfectly. Just waiting for Baby’s arrival now.

My pram took a matter of a few weeks to be delivered, I asked customer services about my delivery a few times and they’d get straight back to me, my double pram came and the packaging was perfect, everything was secure and safely transported, the pram itself is absolutely gorgeous! So sturdy and so smooth to push, just everything you’d need/want for your new babies travels🙈I can’t wait to use it outside with my two bundles of joy:) thank you to everyone at Bambinos and beyond❤️they have gone above and beyond to help me and make sure my parcel got to me with fast delivery🩷

Couldn't recommend Bambinos and Beyond enough! We have purchased a variety of items from them and the staff are always helpful! The store itself is beautiful with a lovely display of nursery furniture! Thank you for helping us with everything 🙂

Great product and fantastic customer service.

I have purchased 2 dolls prams and 2 dolls buggy’s for my little granddaughter, they are all beautiful and the girls love them. Delivery was very quick and communication. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for baby and dolly products. Thank you Bambino’s & Beyond

Great experience with Bambinos & beyond, there was a delay with some items being delivered, they contacted me straight away & gave me options wether I wanted all the other items delivered at the time with the missing items delivered when they arrived with them, I said I’d wait as no rush.. then they updated me again & asked me again about delivery. The communication is fantastic items delivered when they said they would be & all perfect condition. Cant fault Bambinos & beyond, I’ve used other companies before & had issues where delivery delays have just been ignored/unanswered. Highly recommend & will definitely use again!

Item was a very good price and delivery was super fast. Really lightweight pushchair, plenty of room in seat and footmuff makes it warm and cosey.

Good quality merchandise and superb customer service. A few minor issues with the delivery dates, but the customer service representative soon addressed it. They were really friendly and really helpful.

Quick and easy website to work your way around prices arnt to bad either I’ve ordered so much from here over the last few years and with a newborn again I’ll definetly be coming back for at least a few more years

Poor communication don't reply when they say they are going to item missing when arrive took over 2 weeks to get sorted wish I got from supplier not this company
