Excellent communication and fast delivery
I initially reached out to Peter prior to purchasing as I wanted to make an addition to one of the designs on the website. Peter responded promptly and mentioned the change could be done. He was straight to the point and friendly and the item was shipped and delivered quickly. The final result of the product was great! Would recommend purchasing an item from Bamboo Crafts

The service was great and fast. They even got back to me to confirm date I had asked to be etched, as it was 10 years into future. It's date for a wine box we will open on our 10 year anniversary.
