Poor quality product

Wrong items sent
Wrong items sent. Emailed company to ask for return/exchange procedure. Replied in 2 days with a returns label which I used to send items back with note as to my original order and expected day of delivery. Delivery was attempted on day I advised, noone there to receive so a card was left. Items not collected or redelivery arranged so have been returned back to me. Emails since have had no response. I may aswell keep the wrong items so I have at least got something for the money I wasted with this company. I certainly wouldn't use again or recommend to anyone. Avoid

Shocking, do not use!
Shocking, do not use this company. Firstly they claim the order has been sent and it hasn't, then they claim to have not received the return even tho it was tracked and I have a signature, and now they claim the items have been worn and won't refund! Reported to paypal. Use this company at your peril!
Absolutely horrendous customer service
Absolutely horrendous customer service, never get back to you and when they finally do, they don't do what they say. Avoid at all cost as it will cost you.!
Not ideal communication but, overall, I’m happy
Needed to contact customer services as I had been sent incorrect items. This was apparently due to a lack of stock. Customer services were slow to respond but ultimately they refunded me for the incorrect items. However, it would have been better if they had just not charged me for the items they didn’t have in the first place. This is what most online retailers do.
Having said this, the items I received are good quality, packaged well and a reasonable price.
Ordered the wrong size by accident and…
Ordered the wrong size by accident and recognized immediately after hitting purchase. I spent the next 6 hours emailing customer services, filling out online chat forms, attempting to find a telephone number, contacting on Facebook chat.... I received one response 4 hours later saying they would contact the warehouse. Needless to say they shipped the incorrect size and didn't respond back to any of my queries or complaints. I now have to pay to ship it back to them and hope for a refund....

Poor customer service
Ordered boxer shorts and two of them had small holes in them. Contacted customer services by form no response order 7764. Boxer shorts are comfy not sure about the quality. Should have read other reviews.

Review update. I have since received a refund and an explanatory email from Bambooo.com, citing covid issues for problems with supplying orders. Whilst I think that everybody is prepared to accept disruption in the current circumstances and be patient, it doesn't explain the fact that customers received emails saying their items had been dispatched and giving a tracking number when Royal Mail assert that they never received the items. If Bambooo.com were having difficulty managing to fulfil their orders the honest thing to do would have been to communicate that with customers, not continue to market and advertise products that they were unable to supply. I did suspect this company of running a scam, but perhaps they are a genuine company acting disingenuously. I ordered and paid for an item and heard nothing. I emailed to check that my order had been received and got am immediate reply giving an order number. Since then nothing. At the time I was seeing lots of their ads on Facebook and started to leave comments as they were now unable to answer emails or messages but my comments were deleted. Do not use this company - despite their 'ethical' tag they are anything but.
Very nice products
I initially got the wrong items, but I was able to return them and get the right ones delivered. The products (bra and women hipsters) are very nice and very comfortable.
Order not received
Order not received. Emails not being answered. Voicemail full. Clearly something wrong with this company. I have reported the problem to PayPal.
Non-existent customer service
Placed an order end of May. Took forever to arrive and then one of the items was faulty. I returned it at the beginning of June and still have not received even acknowledgement of my return, let alone my refund. Tried emailing several times. No replies. Tried calling and their phone line isn’t even accepting calls or messages. Awful customer service. Would never use again.
Non-existent customer service
Non-existent customer service! They sent me the wrong items (not what I ordered). I’ve tried calling and emailing to rectify the problem. Their telephone goes to answerphone, even during supposedly open hours. No reply to anything. They managed to delete my bad customer review off their fb page but they can’t manage to answer my emails. Absolutely useless. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
