I appreciated the online photos and instructions that helped me replace a P1S AP board whose SD card slot had become non functional. The new board arrived promptly and I was able to install it I and get the printer working again.

Highly recommended for starters
I have two P1S, and all the printer I've had or used before are POS (comparatively). I'm in the hobby thanks to them but they're closing their software and ecosystem, impeding third party slicers communicate with their printers. A great first printer to learn without hassle, but not good for tweaking.

Expect delays: 'In stock' doesn't mean fast delivery
Shipping to Germany took longer than expected. Even though the X2D was listed as 'in stock' at the time of purchase, the delivery took over a week. I ordered on April 26th, it was shipped on the 28th, but the DPD tracking link didn’t update for an entire week. It was delivered on May 4th. The X2D is great, but the shipping process could definitely be faster and more transparent.
