This company is amateurish
This company is amateurish, I opted out of there pension scheme to claim my pension 5 weeks ago and after numerous emails most of them not replied to, to find out when I will get my money I finally phoned them to be told I would have to wait another 20 days to receive my money which is not acceptable. I was initially told 2-3 days to process and another 7-10 days to complete and when i rang i was told they hadn't had my payments for 2 months and when I told them they've had the payments they suddenly appeared on their system but said it would take 3 days for the direct debit to clear, I thought direct debits cleared straight away. Don't deal with this company they try to fob you off. I've complained now and yet again they fobbed me off by saying somebody will contact me in 2-3 days, not acceptable.
