Had had oil delivered several times but this time a new driver who went up to an old unused tank not even on a sound base and put 900l in. Absolutely no connections coming out. The only saving grace is so far it hasn't leaked. However Bangor fuels less than helpful and cannot take oil back out-just a nightmare. Will never use them again
All good until they make an error but not there fault according to them!!

Ordered 100L of fuel which is amazing that they make this an option as I live by myself so I don’t need to fill the tank up very much! delivered it on Christmas Eve not even 48 hours after ordering, wasn’t expecting it to be delivered until new year. Thank you very much, merry Christmas

Can't fault this company been using them for years always get my oil to me asap. Samantha on the desk is most helpful in any query I've ever had and the customer service she provides is second to none...best priced for me

pedantic, uninformed attitude by staff. I lost 20 Pounds deposit as no one there informed me about their canister return rules! I'll look elsewhere for gas supplies in future

Bangor Fuels cracked my oil tank and just left it to flood my backyard. They actually then overfilled it to try and hide what had happened for a few days.

I had to call the fire brigade* and environmental agency, then a guy to drain what was left of the oil I just paid for. Daniel, the manager, denied it was anything to do with them and said my two options were my insurance company or using the warranty on a tank that's only a few years old. Gave him every chance to recompensate me and he refused (see another's review on gas cannisters just two days ago). I will now spend months dealing with various outfits while not having central heating or even a backyard for my two dogs because everything needs dug up.

PLEASE do not use this company no matter how cheap they are. You will regret it. Just take a look at the most recent reviews.

* 8 firemen showed up because of how dangerous everything now was. Once they sealed the tank it was STILL obvious it was overfilled despite my flooded backyard and that my receipt was a lie. Especially the '5.50am' arrival time! Please do not trust this company.

The man from Bangor Fules who came to deliver oil to us this morning was so friendly and nice, our oil tank is not in a very accessible place but he was kind and went to all lengths to deliver the oil. Would really recommend this service and he is an asset to their team.

Ordered 500 L of heating oil. They delivered 371 L, as that was all there was in tanker. These people are unable to calculate the amount of heating oil required for deliveries. To top it all that was the 2nd time that has happened with this company. Other oil companies are available, and I wont be using this company again. AVOID.

Ordered £122 47kg Gas Bottle but faulty. Not working, no gas!!! Did the usual to remove unwanted gas they use to flush the empties but no cigar! Previous bottle (still had some gas left in it) was working fine and when we switched back to it... hot water and heating working as normal.
Customer service was shocking! We rang on Saturday morning advertised as open (this was morning after delivery) Manager said, no drivers! Cant do anything until Monday! Would not refund so we could buy elesewhere. Didnt seem to give a hoot about it! Monday arrived, driver comes out, wants us to check it again...cylinder still not working. Drives off to depot to get another as he hadn't even bothered to bring a spare out! (Now, thats confidence! 🤡) Returned an hour later, 2nd cylinder not working! 😬 but yet again we switched back onto the original that was still hanging on its last legs and it's working fine! 🤨...
Still waiting on refund!! They had the cheek to tell us "nothing wrong with our cylinders" .... clearly is!!

Some of the worst coal I've ever bought. Not really the fault of the supplier but more the distributor Hayes Coal. Bought four bags of black diamond - their supposed premium house coal. Bags were full of dusty coal fragments about the size of my thumbnail, supplemented with oversized lumps about the size of a brick. Poorly screened as well with plenty of smokeless blocks mixed in. Was hard to light and very smoky and heat output was poor. All in all a very bad experience and I will not be buying Hayes Black Diamond coal ever again.

I confess my stupidity! Received their calendar through the door. I rang to check if oil had been delivered as could not see receipt. It was inside the calendar. Great service and how she didn't laugh is beyond me. Thank you. My place to go for oil. Very professional.

With current prices I have been putting off the awful chore of getting some oil My usual supplier was £485 for 500 liters, on doing a brief search, Bangor Oils was £461, a saving of £24! Ordered Monday, received Tuesday, guess my 'usual' supplier has just changed...

Looking for heating oil and finding Bangor Fuels at the time being one of the cheapest options, I never used this company before to buy oil but glad I did.

Ordered and arrived very quickly I was thinking I was going to have to wait ages but I didn't which is brilliant.

Ordered online, arrived promptly. Friendly switched on driver. However on the admin side when they accept the order they should really set my expectations when it is to be delivered.

It arrived within 24 hours of delivery, if I had not been in then access would not have been possible.

In the past Bangor Fuels provided good customer service. That is no longer the case. Zero flexibility. They demand that I order a specific quantity now rather than simply filling the tank for what is needed. Further they don't care that I will move to another supplier (after 6 years as a loyal customer). Such arrogance

Always the cheapest when I compare online. My brother recommended me to buy from Bangor Fuels, he's from Jordanstown. Was buying locally but found out Bangor fuels would deliver in my region in Whitehead, beating local competitors being at least 10% MORE.

Even their website is more fun to interact with, than the generic sites I have been to before.

Used Bangorfuels for the first time. Ordered easily online, and fuel delivered within 2 days. Great price too.
