Will rip you off whenever they have the opportunity.
Bought an enhanced booster box in pre order, after a week of no delivery or news i had to contact them via 3 different means to get a response, in which i was told there would be not enough enhanced booster boxes and i could get a refund or a normal booster box (i was given no option to wait or no other compensation).
Now, cut to one month later and they are suddenly selling enhanced booster boxes for almost double the price.

tldr: yet another shop that abused the pokemon tcg hype to rip off customers with overpriced product all the while being nearly impossible to contact

Fake Mysteries on whatnot and now continuing on tiktok, ludicrous seller trying to scam his customers by doing rigged gamble games

Worst experience of online purchase (not that far from a scam).
I preordered 2 bundles in march 2024 (almost 300 euros) for a release in november. Not a single message nor reply from banicards for 6 weeks. (I tried to contact them by email, instagram and their site chatbox).
Only after i send an formal email stating that i will open an online dispute on the european platform that the order was magically send the day after.
Not to mention all the advertising they did at the same time on the exact same product i preordered.
In the end i did receive the order well packaged but till this day, I did not recieve any messages from them.
I don't know if they purposely did not send the order or had other issues but this company is not professional and not honest.
I will never order again and do not recommand at all.

I never canceled my Orders, they just mailed me and cancelled my Order from months ago, that should be sent out on Friday. Never got an email or notification for delay or anything.
I don‘t know why but this seems like they act really random, never gonna order again.
