Good product, problematic service
I bought a table. The product quality is very good, the communication is good if you get into contact with them but the assembling instructions were misleading. There should have been holes on the table bank to assemble it to the legs but there were none. Instead, there were added regular screws and they say that it is because of letting the customers to decide the place of the legs as they wish which is not possible by design. So, they kind of tried to fool me as well. Putting on those screws was quite hard and I had to be very creative on that. Against all these odds I could still assemble the table by myself. The delivery was very late (took about 3 weeks) and I had to contact them to be informed about the delay and to learn the delivery process. They don't have an agreement with the carrier company to deliver the items to your home, they leave them down at the apartment door. So you have to carry the items up, keep that in mind.
Overall, I'm very happy about my table, the product is good and light in contrast to its size. They also made compansation for the delivery problem but the service was problematic in general.
