Have order from banter cards a number of times and I love their products. The customer service has always been great and the one time there was a mistake on some personalise items it was sorted quickly with no fuss. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend banter cards and gifts to anyone

Such brilliant cards. Great quality, superb ‘feel good’ message on envelope order arrived in too. I feel like this company genuinely love their customers and want to put a smile on their faces. Ordered a card beginning of Feb. Still haven’t recieved and will now have to run out last minute to get a replacement. Not happy. Rubish service. Shipping hasn’t been updated since the day I ordered

We use a very high quality printer (for our cards) so if you have a card which is bad quality please let us know as we quality check everything sent out.
