Great Customer Service Experience

I recently purchased a 2-Pack of UV-9G GMRS radios through Amazon. The radios are great, but would not transmit on Ch. 15. I contacted Baofeng Customer Service for assistance and was supported exceptionally well by Olivia. Over the course of several emails, she did her best to lead me through a firmware fix, but when this didn't work, she contacted the company that provided the radios to Amazon for me and this company immediately contacted me to replace my radios. Baofeng service was great, and, it's hard to beat their radios for the price! I am very happy with my UV-5R (been using for several years), and aside from the Ch. 15 issue, I have been very happy with my UV-9G radios! Thank you Olivia and Baofeng!

My first Ham Radio purchase in over 20…

My first Ham Radio purchase in over 20 years, as well as my first purchase ever from Baofeng was a UV-5RM Plus. Some time after the radio arrived I realized that I had received a different model that was mis-labled as a UV-5RM Plus. I contacted Baofeng Support on a Saturday, and by Friday, Olivia and Baofeng Customer Support had a replacement radio (the correct model) delivered to my home. Customer Support, and particularly Olivia, were prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful! It's so nice to have a company live up to "Customer Support" in every manner.

12 Baofeng radios to EU

I ordered to Slovenia (EU) 12 Baofeng radios, they were sent from China warehouse. Baofeng covered shipping and import duties. They also included US to EU plug converters for charging for free.
I am very satisfied with custommer support. Olivia was very kind.
For people ordering to EU, I suggest contacting the support team about costs for everything.

This was by far the fastest and most customer service experience I have ever had. My original message was replied to in literally 30 seconds. Within 10 minutes, I was connected to the right partner retailer and within an hour I had a replacement part en route.

Olivia responded and answered ALL my questions, insightfully, predicting my next questions!! Appreciated! Finalizing my last research, plan to place order this weekend. Looking forward to receiving my Baefeng Radio with extra battery and other accessories.

-100 stars, absolutely no accountability and zero customer service 🤬

I ask for a phone number so I could speak with a human and get some information about a specific model radio I was interested in. All I got was the run around from Katy the rudest service rep I’ve ever spoke to. Day 2 and I still have no answers. I only wish I could give negative stars because one is about 100 to many.

Excellent Customer Support

I had a lot of pre-sales questions which were always answered on the same or next working day. The price I paid was very competitive and my radios have shipped on the next working day after placing my order. The customer support rep was very professional and helpful.

Customer service experience

When I ordered a radio, I received what I believe was a returned radio, upon contacting customer support Olivia was Excellent in getting me a return label and shipping out a new radio, to be fair the box it was received in was in perfect condition, and from the outside there was no indication that the radio was not new.

The return process was extremely easy and Olivia was very helpful, although returning what should have been a new radio is not ideal, Olivia made this a painless process, and in the end I received an excellent product.
