I recently purchased a total of 4 Baofeng devices, and overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience. 2 of the radios have worked flawlessly right out of the box. They are reliable, durable, and offer excellent performance for the price and my usage.

However, I did encounter issues with two of the devices. Fortunately, Baofeng's customer support was extremely responsive. They quickly addressed my concerns and directly connected me with the dealer from whom I purchased the radios. Thanks to their efficient support, all my problems were resolved swiftly.

Despite the initial hiccups with two units, the quick and effective support I received really stood out. I highly recommend Baofeng, not only for their solid products but also for their outstanding customer service.

Really a great radio, ubeatable for the price

I had a minor issue and the support people responded VERY QUICKLY!!!! Luckily I was able to solve the problem myself. Support was very responsive and positive.

I accidentally ordered the wrong radio, and the support agent was super helpful and was able to cancel my order in time before it had shipped.

I have aquired a Baofeng UV 21R Pro V2 via Shein. I have been looking for software to program the radio via my pc so I could enter channel names. Although there are many programs out there, I could find none that would accept the air band frequencies of 108 to 133 Mhz.

I eventually contacted the Baofeng Support team to see if they could help me. With the time difference between our country I received a reply from Olivia the very next day.

Olivia informed me that my radio is a modified radio from an outside company and that they do not really support that model. She however took the time to search the internet for the software I needed. The link she sent me worked perfectly and solved my problem.

I recently purchased a 2-Pack of UV-9G GMRS radios through Amazon. The radios are great, but would not transmit on Ch. 15. I contacted Baofeng Customer Service for assistance and was supported exceptionally well by Olivia. Over the course of several emails, she did her best to lead me through a firmware fix, but when this didn't work, she contacted the company that provided the radios to Amazon for me and this company immediately contacted me to replace my radios. Baofeng service was great, and, it's hard to beat their radios for the price! I am very happy with my UV-5R (been using for several years), and aside from the Ch. 15 issue, I have been very happy with my UV-9G radios! Thank you Olivia and Baofeng!
