I inadvertently ordered a EU charging…

I inadvertently ordered a EU charging plug when I needed a US style. I emailed support late on a Saturday asking if they could change the order and it was completed and emailed back in a few hours when I expected to wait until Monday morning. Excellent customer service. Thank you!.

Great Value and Customer Support

Was an overall great experience.

At first I was a little worried because there were some missing parts in my order but when I contacted customer support they were quick and professional and sent me the missing parts without issue.

Was really happy with the value of my purchase and pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product.

I got a DM-32UV

I got a DM-32UV, The unit was giving me issues and I had to return in after a month of troubleshooting myself and Baofeng techs. I was able to send the radio back and got a replacement unid 2ish weeks later. The new radio works as it should. Sometimes you just get a bad unit.

This service helps in case of trouble - thanks a lot

The transceiver I ordered was delivered promptly and was working. But: the wrong programming cable was delivered. When I contacted the service, the service was really helpful (most important for great experience), fast and friendly (very important). Problem was solved within 24h. I will buy again @ Baofeng

I'm 67 years old & retired and very happy with Baofen radios

I'm 67 years old & retired, my past work: Armed Security officer, Loss Prevention Specialists, Police officer for 8 years, Private Investigator and last Fleet Operations Manager for 23 years. What do they all mean? I've used many top brand names two-way radios like Motorola, Midland, etc... But, Baofeng radios have been the best radios I've enjoyed the most. They're rugged, powerful, will last more years out on the field. Best of all, they are not expensive. Customer service is at its best. They will find a way to make sure you are happy with your purchase(s). I have been using their radios for over 10 years and now that I'm retired, I have my own radios to communicated with my friends and family around my property and who ever can hear me around that state. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed. Trust me.

I am Baofeng's consumer for 12+ years....

I really enjoy Baofeng's products. I have been a user for around 12 years now. They listen to user feedback and incorporate that in upcoming models and updates. They build feature filled radios that are a fraction of the price of competitors. They are active in forums and online groups (they listen to feedback). They have fun giveaways. Keep it up Baofeng (you're doing a pretty great job)!

Patient and Helpful Customer Service

I am new to amateur radio and purchased a Baofeng radio as my first transceiver at the recommendation of an experienced amateur radio operator. It's hard to beat Baofeng's prices for a radio with as many features. Based on prior experience with transceivers or other parts of the spectrum, I was expecting to hear a lot of traffic. Also the transceiver I bought has a button that switches the receiver to the commercial FM radio broadcast band. I initially was not hearing any audio on any of the radio's bands or frequencies. It took a few e-mails back and forth with Baofeng's support department, but the replies were always helpful, prompt and polite. I learned that the particular model I bought does not receive commercial FM radio broadcasts, even though it has the button and the display - no big deal - that's not why I bought it, and after some coaching and experimentation I have heard transmissions on the other bands the radio receives. I commend Baofeng for its customer service quality, which is unfortunately too often not the case any more.

There was incorrect stock information, but the support solved everything

There was incorrect stock information on the webshop, which I was unaware of. Support changed my order to a larger package at no extra cost. The day after ordering, I received a letter about what had happened, there was nothing further I could do. This is very considerate and generous.
I am very satisfied with their customer service.

I had received a defective radio

I had received a defective radio, it happens no big deal, but I reached out to customer support and had a response and return shipping to RMA in less then 72 hours. Thank you to Olivia who helped me out on Baofeng support team. Currently waiting to receive the new replacement radio and can't wait to test it out!

A really positive experience with Baofeng

Good morning. I had the opportunity to connect with the Baofeng team after winning one of their two-way radios in a contest. From the first email exchange, they were extremely kind, helpful, and always clear in their communication. They guided me every step of the way with kindness and professionalism, making the entire experience simple and pleasant.

Olivia solved my driver problem with…

Olivia solved my driver problem with the new DM 32 UV model and Windows 11. I couldn't get the CPS to communicate with my laptop computer. She not only solved my problem, but she explained why it was problem. She even sent me the correct driver, with instructions on how to load it. Great customer service .

Great company support for a new user

I just purchased my first GMRS radios, Baofeng UV-5G Plus. I was having problems connecting them to my laptop and was convinced that something was defective and was ready to send them back. But I contacted Baofeng Help through their website, explained the problem, and received a response back from Olivia within hours. She had several suggested fixes, and her first suggestion fixed the problem (it was my mistake). So glad I choose Baofeng for my first radios.
