Service doesn't work.
Baquend provides a service to 'speed up a website'. I bought the service from them, but when I installed it, every link on every page directed to the same page. Or with other words, it was impossible to navigate my site.
I deactivated the service.
Contacted the company. The person at the company whom I contacted told me that they would look into it, if I could give a timeslot where the service would be activated again for 20 minutes.
So I sent them some suggestions and they stayed silent. Sent a reminder, and they stayed silent. After a week I asked for a refund, because the service clearly didn't work.
Then I got a response I should contact their payment provider (seriously? contacting a payment provider for a technical issue), who referred me back to baqend. Baqend referred me back to the payment provider and they told me that 'since a week had passed, I have no right for a refund anymore'.
Swell... so that's the business model of Baqend. They just ignore messages from customers until a week has passed and then tell the timeframe for a refund expired.
Don't buy their 'Speed kit' product. The product breaks your site and there is no way to get a refund.
