Kundenservice hat mal das geleistet, was ein professioneller Kundendienst leisten soll, seit das Management den gesamten Vertrieb umgestellt hat, ist Kundin mit schlecht designten digitalen Prozessen und einem Kundenservcie, der weder Rechtschreibung noch Service beherrscht und keinerlei Interesse an Kundenzufriedenheit zeigt, konfrontiert.
