Took ages to get replies.
The website is confusing as you need to hunt out UK support even if you login under your UK account.
Your ticket has updates and you can add information to it but then told not to as they don't look at that.
The actual advise was to remove a feature of the grinder to get it to work. Not a great solution.
Overall not feeling great for the service.

I had a problem with my baratza virtuoso plus where the grinder became very slow. I reached out for help and customer service quickly diagnosed the issue and sent a replacement part. The grinder is now back to its original speed. Very quick solution!

I purchased a faulty Baratza Forte AP grinder, as well as extra steel burrs (because I enjoy both filter & espresso). The machine came to me in London UK promptly, but the PortaHolder was jammed in the machine. Initially I was frustrated by the inability to resolve the issue by email but, after a phone call from Niclas in Baratza Support, I have now received a new machine which works beautifully. It is a great machine and I look forward to trying out the 260 different grind settings! Slight concern about the apparent flimsiness of the grounds bin, compared to the solidity of the rest of the machine, and the fact that the spare burrs came in the post rattling together in a small box, but apart from those niggles, I am delighted with my purchase, and with the excellent customer service. Thank you Niclas.

While the Baratza Encore coffee grinder was dissapointing, Baratza support has been the best I've ever experienced. I grind a variety of fresh beans, both medium and dark roast for drip coffee and espresso. The first grinder lasted about a year before failing; the replacement only a week. It constantly jammed. Support gave instructions, replace the first failed grinder and ultimately helped me get an upgrade.

After 10 years of usage, I needed to replace the burrs on my grinder.
The good: well made. Burrs lasted 10 years.
The bad: instructions for installing new burrs were ok but not great. The main problem was that the screw heads from stripped while disassembling the grinder.
