We were very happy with the service and selection at Barb Lin. I had searched far and wide for the perfect stair runner. Our sales representative Cindy listened to our needs and made suggestions. She helped us find an updated traditional style that ties together so well with our new decor. The carpet we chose was high quality with competitive pricing along with quality installation. Would highly recommend Barb Lin!

We looked in several places for a new oriental stair runner. Barb-Lin was the only place that had a real selection (that was available and in stock) and had good advice on the differences between a couple of products. In addition, the price really good (after all, it's just a stair runner). We had a slight miscommunication arranging the installation but that was resolved and they were very apologetic. The installer came out quickly, was very neat, and very quick. I would use them again.

We had a great experience. Brian spent lots of time helping us choose the right flooring and making sure we had the samples we needed to choose colors and styles. Peter, the estimator, gave lots of great advice about how to install the flooring. Our new hardwood floor and carpeting look beautiful and the installers were great. Everyone in the office was helpful and polite. I would recommend Barb-Lin to anyone.

Barb-Lin refinished entry foyer, hall and kitchen hardwood floors for us. They worked with us on timing so as to be a minimal disruption. We went on a short vacation, came back a few days later and the floors were beautiful. Enough said. Frank went out of his way to take care of us and was even nice enough to check on the progress for me and send pictures before we retruned.

I have used Barb-Lin for years. The order and installation are always timely. They will also store your carpet if you need extra time. The installers wore booties as requested, did a good job and vacuumed after the installation. Very neat and tidy (I am a particular customer). I am always pleased.
