Exceptional customer service and a great final product
Barb-Lin kept us informed every step of the way. They helped us make the best choice of carpets without trying to sell us a more expensive material. Their installers even got rid of the squeaks in our subfloor prior to putting down the carpet. Everyone at Barb-Lin was friendly and a great partner to work with.

Barb-Lin did exactly what they promised, when promised.
We were replacing a staircase runner and did not find a pattern we liked at the big-box stores, where we had purchased the rug we were replacing some 20 years earlier. Barb-Lin had a much bigger selection of higher-quality merchandise. They surveyed our site promptly and gave a reasonable quote, which was the delivered price. Installation was prompt, professional, and to a much higher standard of care than I would have done.

The initial contact with our sales rep Cindy was very welcoming and informing.Barb-Lin had quite a selection to choose from.The installers Matt and Justin did an excellent job. They were very professional and courteous.We will definitely use them in the future.

Had to add laminate flooring to two bedrooms to match 16 year old laminate from a company that no longer exists. Bar Lin folks found a similar product, but first order came in with warped pieces. Job was stopped by B-L, new product obtained over the weekend and installed. Looks good. These guys are the pros
