I had the pleasure of dealing with Justin, who was most helpful. In a few minutes he helped me make a very important decision on a large purchase.
My only point is, I asked a simple question (how long will a bag of pellets last) and he did not have the answer to hand and was not able to find the answer for me. this is probably information I can find on the web myself but it would have been nice to get it off-hand.
Otherwise, good experience, quick and straight forward exchange with Austin!
