TNT courier was awful
TNT courier was awful. Shipment was delayed over a week because someone at barchello put the wrong mobile number EVEN THOUGH THE DETAILS I GAVE WERE CORRECT. TNT never contacted me or informed me even if they had my correct email, TNT blames barchello for the error & delay, and wanted me to call barchello
To ask you to change the mobile number! Item ended up in another emirate/state!! Worse courier experience ever. The item itself was excellent but the shipment & accuracy of packing at barchello is very poor. Never again.
