I called because after talking to the manager at my restaurant about the bump bar I ordered I discovered we never received it. I had reached out to the company via phone and was told I could probably get no help since it had been several weeks since the delivery. I asked for whomever was assigned to my account and reached a voice mail box. I left a message and was never contacted. In the grand scheme of things $50.00 plus is not a huge amount but it can be to us small business owners. I am still without the equipment I ordered and this is the first time I've heard from anyone at barcode planet. I haven't looked for another vendor to buy the same product from.

I bought 2-items, 1 item was wrong and no amount of emails or phone messages helped until I disputed the charges.
The company was willing to say a RMA- return of merchandise authorization would be coming, but left it to "Kim", the person who took the order to send it to me. (Took a long time)
I gave up and I had already had purchased and received what I needed from Amazon. I feel I should not have to call or send repeated emails. Once I had the person on the phone they should have issued the RMA and not passed this on the Kim.
