Excellent shoes.
Excellent customer service too. I ordered the wrong size by accident and their customer service sent me the correct size. Forever grateful!

Purchasing was quick easy and secure. The only recommendation to improve is develop a make a change to order. I ordered 2 pairs of barestep, 1 for my husband and 1 for me but I didn't change the size. My bad, now my husband has 2 pairs and I have none. My fault but would've been great if I could change the order. Love barestep shoes so comfortable I bought before.

Delivery on time and it's fantastic shoes. It's the only shoes I wear now. I have 4 pairs.

Prompt response and a good product

I'm 84 years old & in all these years I have never experienced comfort & support like my feet get from Barestep shoes. As I grow older, my balance was becoming an issue but no longer is it a problem thanks to Barestep. I even prefer wearing my Barestep in the evening, rather than slippers! Thank you and keep up the good work.

My feet and knees always hurt at the end of the day then I saw a Barestep ad on Facebook.
Thinking it may be a scam as it sounded too good to be true, I ordered 1 pair as a test.
They arrived 2 days later and were true to my foot length. In normal shoes I have to go a size bigger for a wider fit.
That was back in Nov 2023. These shoes are so good at alleviating the pain that since then I have bought myself a pair in each colour and over 20 pairs for my family and friends!!
My preferred style is the Active 2.0 as they accommodate my wide feet and high insteps without restriction. They make walking an absolute pleasure.

So comfortable. Easy to walk in and great on my feet.
I have bought a number of these shoes, and also purchased as gifts. I recommend to every person who asks about them

Warning: this feels like a scam website. We ordered a pair of shoes 3 weeks ago, unfortunately no acknowledgement of receipt, payment and no delivery to date. Money down the drain. Please don't buy from this fake company.

My husband loved these shoes. He get two pair every year for Christmas and wears them daily.

I’m in love with the brand. I will not go back to regular trainers. I love the colors and they fit soooo well. I play Pickleball in them every day and my feet aren’t tired or sore.
