My husband wasted his money because he is wearing the shoes now for more than 2 weeks but still no improvement in his pain, actually it went from bad to worse.

No shoes as yet???! No communication????

The delivery was communicated throughout and received per communication. Everything was there as ordered.

Order not received, no details when tracked!

These shoes were an unexpected hit. Well they’re not the most attractive shoes I’ve ever seen. They sure are the most comfortable. I’ve been apprehensive about a barefoot design because I have fallen arches and I have to say the arch support is phenomenal. They have made me a customer.

Still have not received the products I have ordered. Last communication I received, which I had to initiate, was that it was waiting for the couriers to pick up, and once that was done, which was eminent, I would receive a date for delivery... I have still not received any such notification.... It is now more than a week after my order. When I placed the order, the email stated that I will receive my order within 2-5 working days. Its been 6 working days now, and its not even with the Courier yet.......

Had a lot of frustration initially because the website was not working properly & I could not complete my purchase. I did write in and tell you. Once it was up and running again, it was perfect. Your Two for the price of One is a great special. I have one pair that was gifted to me previously. I have a bunion on one foot and these shoes are perfect - supremely comfortable, easy to clean and a great addition to anyone's wardrobe.

No customer care number to call or WhatsApp.

Emails take 2 days at least to get replied to.

8 Days after receiving an email to say my refund will take 5-7 days, still no refund or ANY communication.

They are not replying and they took my money.

Don’t buy from them!

These shoes are fantastic!
I am a tradesman and on my feet all day long. I originally ordered a pair of Summit shoes for working in. I ordered a size a bit small for my feet and when I emailed Barestep regarding this they were extremely helful in organizing me the right size.
These shoes are so comfortable, I no longer suffer from aching feet by the end of the day.
I liked the Summit shoes so much I ordered a second pair... this time the Active 2 for general wear around shoes and I have found these too to be great shoes.

I logged an issue with my order and I received a prompt response from the team resolving my issue! Such great service!
