The girl on the counter wouldn't help me with on line check I told her I don't know how to do it she chose to put other people in front of me and she helped them straight away. Not happy and I was the first in the shop.

We arrived much earlier than intended…
We arrived much earlier than intended and thought we would be waiting around for an hour! Luckily the representative found us a car immediately, explained it hadn’t been detailed but was clean and fuelled up. We thanked him for his great and efficient service after he explained in clear and concise English all the hire details. Great service, great car and a very pleasing experience.

False advertisement and cheap cars with problems
They advertise that they rent "New cars at a bargain price". In reality, the car we got had almost 70 000 km, brakes were due to be changed, it had problem with head beams efficiency, etc. Their fleet is mostly composed of the cheapest brands on the market (mostly MG). During our rental, we experienced poor customer service (do not return emails). When I reported those issues to the Cairns Bargain office manager, he was listening passively, did not lift a finger to help and instead of showing interest in the problems I was reporting and suggesting solutions, he told me that we were more than welcome to rent from elsewhere next time.

Counter service was friendly and very efficient. The vehicle provided was similar to what we had booked and was overall in good condition, however the front seats would have benefitted from a deep clean.

Flights were changed so day of arrival…
Flights were changed so day of arrival was changed and bargain car rental was able to still await a car for me on the spot on the day of my arrival.
Quick and easy in finalizing the transaction and staff was very polite and friendly.
