They are more than great: they are perfect! As a IT technician/administrator, I did search for 2nd hand/refurbished equipment with a decent price. It is very difficult in Belgium to find that kind of service... Until I found them, 4 purchases in a month (at very decent price), delays & expedition costs are OK! Quality at it's top! Keep going folks, will recommend you to my friends/colleagues! I hope that your networking section will someday expand (ie: other brands/firewalls)....

Purchased an OEM/ Tray Xeon E5-1660 v3 processor. Without delving into why I bought it, they had the exact model I was looking for at a good price, it arrived next day with DPD next day delivery, well packaged and works perfectly, new as described, this was a great find. What more can I ask for?

BH have been an excellent site for me to get refurb computers from. They were my first place to look when I replaced my aging file server, and they aren't as nearly as expensive as some other places, which makes me and my wallet rather happy.
Shipping is excellent, as with larger items they always go DPD, and nothing has gotten damaged before.
Seeing as their parent company, 1st Technologies, deals with the IT sector anyway, all of the shipping stuff should be set in stone.
I will certainly keep buying from you guys over there - keep up the good work, and stay safe!

Now shipping! that was an ABSOLUTE bliss. I live in DK and it was shipped on a friday, I had my big box filled with protection (enough for an airdrop with a parachute, I think) ready and waiting for me on tuesday. So in my opinion it was fast and safe.

Bargain Hardware even updated the BIOS on the motherboard before shipping!

I bought a used server from them but it broke in shipping. I used their live chat service and sorted out the issue in only 10 minutes! Next day a replacement server arrived at my door. Problem was solved. Highly recommended.

Server arrived on time and well packaged. When I unpacked it and realised I had missed an Ethernet card I phoned their support desk. Ben was extremely helpful and got the card out to me for next delivery at NO CHARGE. Given it was half 4 before I called and they close at 5pm I consider this excellent service.
