I have been using Document Libary Pro for several years. I recently encountered some difficulty principally because of my insistence on following the well-tried technique of 'if all else fails, read the instructions'. The support service provided by Barn2 has always been first-class, demonstrating not only technical mastery and concern for their clients' sanity, but also a great deal of patience. Excellent service!

I've been using the Posts Table plugin for a couple of years now, very successfully.
It's allowing me to present a whole collection of audios, highly searchable, including use of keywords and a search box.
Setting up required quite a bit of work for this non-tech person, but the documentation is good.
And on the few occasions I've needed email support, Barn2 have been very helpful.

I have had a few challenges with my Woocommerce store and the Product Options Plugin really does the trick. A few time I had very complex problems and Barn2 seemed very willing to dive in and help me solve the challenge on several occasions. Their support is very responsive. The plug works really well considering it's scope.

I'm currently using Product Options which is making a huge difference in helping me to maintain my ecommerce site. I can easily add upsells, add ons and additional options to improve the customer experience and it's all easily managed in one place, which I love. On the couple of times I've had to contact support, they have been really open and helpful, even offered work-arounds for functionality that I needed tweaking! Having a knowledgable team who are open to working with me to improve my website is such a valuable resource and I'm so pleased to have moved over to them. I am now looking at their other plugins to add more functionality.

So far Barn2 Plugins work exceptionally well. And the customer support is awesome. They are very quick to help with any problems or concerns. If your website requires any of Barn2’s Plugins, get it! Your in good hands!!

Barn2 plugins provide core functionality for our online store. The plugins are amazing and Barn2 support has been stellar. Any software that we’re considering has to be compatible with Barn2.

I use Doc Library pro on three sites.
* Easy to use with really good documentation
* The meta data filters make it easy to maintain current lists
* On the few times I’ve had to contact support the team have been really responsive

I've been buying Barn2 plugins since 2017. They quality of the plugins is excellent and their support is second to none. They are a benchmark for how it should be done!

Barn2 team was so nice and professional. I was frustrated when I failed to activate my plugins but we really need the features on our website. Barn 2 team helped me a lot, not only figured out the reason, but also gave me detailed suggestions. Now all problems were solved.

The Barn2 Woocommerce plugins have really accelerated bringing my shop online. I have over 200 products across 2 web sites, and some allow a lot of customer customization, so the Product Table and Options plugins have been especially helpful. Support has been A+!

Very impressed with the level of support
We find Barn2 plugins some of the easiest to use and the support is always responsive. The team got back to me very quickly with a recent issue and were extremely helpful with fixing the issue I was having. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Highly recommend

I have been a publisher for nearly 30 years and have dealt with tech companies for most of them. My experience with Barn2 has been head and shoulders above almost all of them - I am truly delighted to find a source of Wordpress plugins that takes their job as seriously as I do. They are thoughtful and pleasant in responding to queries, too. Top notch!

I purchased Document Library pro with the Password Protected Categories bundle. I had no problem installing it or setting it up. It works well for my site and I was able to get it looking the way I wanted without issue. I had one challenge with a setting in Password Protected Categories but one quick email to support and it was taken care off.

The plug-in is not bad. It works. But it's more like using iOS-hardly customizable. When you ask the support for some customization of improvement , they are helpless.

Pros
It's one of the plugins that worked almost fine for me. It creates a horizontally layout filters by default which was really good.

Cons
1. The plugin overrides the default theme pagination. So if anything affects the plugin ( such as js delay /defer you do while optimizing your site), it not only breaks the plugin but also the pagination. customer will only see your first page and won't be able to move to next. This was disastrous and I didn't notice for a quite long time.

2. The plugin shows all attributes , including the unavailable ones for a given page. This is a basic , must have feature of a filer plugin, that it shouldn't show the filters for unavailable attributes for a given page. I contacted support to fix this issue but until now they couldn't.

My verdict: For its features and limited support, it's an overpriced plugin. I moved to another one which works fine for me.
