I left my blazer on a chair and returned about five minutes later, but the waiter thought I had left and removed it. Another staff member didn’t know where it had been placed.
When I tried to contact them the next day, it was surprisingly difficult, as they can only be contacted via Messenger. I made several attempts without receiving any response. Only after six days did they reply — and that was only because I commented on one of their ads. And the reply was super impolite.
When I came to pick it up, I had to wait a long time just to be told they hadn’t found my blazer. This was despite the fact that I had given them both the color and the brand, and they had confirmed they had found it.
What they eventually showed me was a men’s jacket in a completely different color. I had driven half an hour to get there, for nothing.
On top of that, they were extremely impolite and arrogant throughout the interaction. Whether this was due to carelessness, lack of attention, or simply not caring about guests, the overall handling of the situation was very disappointing.
Because of the poor communication, long waiting time, misleading information, and rude customer service, this is absolutely not a place I can recommend.
