Viren Roopnarain was very friendly, helpful and informative in advising me about electricity supply. Unfortunately I was not able to agree a contract with him because I had got tied into an agreement via a different broker which has caused problems and Viren was helpful with advice on this. Another time in future I will contact Viren first for electricity or other supply and regret that I did not this time as I think he trustworthy and I would have got a good deal.

When we decided to give them a chance to review electricity contract, the first couple of quotations given was not at all competitive. Eventually, we got to a price that was competitive. Once these issues were sorted, signing up to the new supplier was straight forward. The change of suppliers is not for another couple of months, so time will tell how simple the transition will be.

I have been dealing with BAS energy for the last 4 years and in particular (Joash). I can not recommend him enough he has negotiated on my behalf for gas & electric at 2 separate businesses for me, he always comes up with a deal and relays the information to me in a very professional manner which is easy to understand and most importantly for me, I know its done correctly with all the T,s crossed and I dotted.

He keeps in touch as do the other team members on a frequent basis which is reassuring.
